This song reminds me of my uncle. He was going through a bad break up with a girlfriend and he played this song continuously, sang it and paced all day. He was really gone over this girl! He had me call her and tell her that he'd been shot, just to get her reaction. I didn't have the heart to tell him that she seemed not to be worried at all and lied that she seemed upset. This was my first time realizing that love could hurt. This is one of my favorite songs but it is still painful to listen to.
