Anybody remember the original sonic the hedgehog design? When I heard the studio remade the movie because they realized their horrendous mistake, I went to see the movie specifically because they redesigned it. It honestly felt like an apology, and I accepted it.

I've never been opposed to swapping races as long as they portrayed the character as they are meant to be and don't change them after all they are actors who bring written characters to reality. The whole skin tone is as white as snow. I mean yeah, but Jenna is latina she can become very light toned naturally and it's not necessarily literal in the story it's more of a compliment to her beauty because snow is beautiful.
