This is the 2nd time I have followed Angie’s folds and they all come out looking great. Of course I have to start and stop many times to do the folds correctly! Thanks Fun Endeavors for all the great tutorials, what would I do without you😊
I'm so glad you are enjoying the tutorials. You can also slow the video down if you'd like to by hitting the settings icon and choosing a slower playback speed. I'm glad your folds are turning out great! 😀
I might order some tea towels as I've never tried them or Shibori-type folds! Thanks again Angie for trying out my dyes! I really enjoy your tutorials and support in my small business. My favorite thing is seeing what people make with the dyes I created!
My goodness, that rolled towel is gorgeous! I have a large stack of shimbori inspired pieces waiting for me to dye. Really great tutorial of many different folds. Thank you, Angie!
Great job angie. The solar flare and jaded are my favorites. Jaded, is a beautiful color and that design is incredible and I think you need to do that one on a t-shirt. Thank you so much for sharing❤.
Flour sack towels are the main thing I tie dye. I love them and they're a great gift. You can also stretch them over a canvas and pin them at the back, they make such pretty artwork
Your timing couldn’t be better. I’m going to do my very first tie dye this weekend using some flour sack towels. I’ll be stealing some of your folds! Thanks so much Angie.
Wow❤ I love seeing the different designs from each fold. The last one reminds me of a trilobite fossil. Definitely going to try these designs. I love them all!
I'm not crazy about the Riptide color. I think it's because of the saturation that's preventing me from appreciating the color. I think the fold was great. I really like the solar flare color and love how the fold came out. Yes, I like the saturation on this better than the Riptide. I think Jaded is my favorite for both the color and fold. The saturation is perfect! Love those pops of red too. Purple Mist is my second fave, although it kinda ties for first actually the more I look at it. Of course the purple color always sways me. Really love the fold. I think the outcome of the rolling technique always leaves interesting patterns. Yes, love the color splits. Yes, it would be great on t-shirts. So great of you to promote small businesses. This video is a keeper for reference. Thanks, Angie!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you! I can't really pick a favorite fold or color from this batch myself. They were all fun to experiment with. I really like the red pops in Jaded too. I love to help promote small businesses. Amanda has been making some fantastic dyes, and I love being able to help introduce them to fellow tie dye lovers. She mixes the dyes specifically for ice dyeing, so they have beautiful color splits. 😀
Very cool Angie love seeing the different folds and colours. I have 3 of the wire round trash cans from dollar tree but I don’t think I’ve used them yet. I can’t remember. I can’t wait to try that rule method. I’ve seen a lot of different shirts and they look pretty cool. Your tea towels turned out wonderful.😁✌️
Thank you! 😀 The trash cans are great for smaller folds like this, but I don't use mine a lot either. I think the rolled one turned out cool too. I have a couple shirts ready to apply dye to. I hope they turn out as well as this towel did.
I am not sure which one is my favorite. After a quick google of shibori I now know what it is and it might be my new favorite dyeing technique. Thank you for showing 4 examples. And I love that you made tea towels. I didn't research too much but can you muck dye or doi with shibori? Love your videos. I haven't been able to get caught up just yet. I want to be in a good frame of mind to enjoy them and that hasn't been the case lately. Stay cool!
I'm kind of with you, I can't pick a favorite one. I haven't done a ton of Shibori, but I find it very interesting, and I'd love to get much better at it. I think you can muck dye and apply the dye over the ice for Shibori. My understanding is that traditional Shibori is usually submerged in a vat of indigo dye. I'm sorry you haven't been in a good frame of mind. I hope you are feeling better soon. Have a great weekend, and I hope you stay cool too! 🙂
I only seen 1 color from dalula dyes. The others dont look like they split enough for me. As for the psychedelic trails design I believe it was Mark. I have played with that design 4 times and each came out completely different which of course they would cause they were rolled differently and even bent different. Hell 1 of my experiments with it it came out like Scott Walker's pleated prism but it wasn't and it was rolled unlike the pleated prism. I liked that purple mist though. Thanks for the tutorial 💙💙
I thought it was probably Mark who came up with the design, but I wasn't for sure. I've got a couple of shirts using this technique tied up and ready for dye. I think it's a fun design, and I can't wait to experiment with it again! 😀

It was my pleasure trying your dyes, they are gorgeous! 😀

Thank you so much! I really love the way these turned out. 😊

I agree, they are very versatile. 😀

Awesome, I hope you have fun with them! 😀
So fun! Looking forward to seeing you do the roll on a shirt!🙌✌️❤️🧊🎨🌎🌈
Thank you! 😀

Thank you! 😊 Yes, it does look like a trilobite fossil with all the lines.
Hi Angie. Very beautiful. I love both the designs and colors. I’ll definitely have to try tea towels now. Nancy
Thank you so much, Nancy! They are fun to experiment with since they aren't as bulky as a t-shirt. 😀

These are all such unique colors!!! I strangely had never seen the rolled fold and can’t wait to try it on a t-shirt or dress!!! Thanks for the inspo
I'm really glad you liked them! 😀
These all turned out great! Love the colors and the folds were fun as well! Great job!
Thanks so much! 😊
I really like the roll dyed towel.
Thank you, me too! 😀

I loved them all, but I really liked the jaded color and the solar flare.
I really love Jaded and Solar Flare too. 😀
Very cool experiment. I love solar flare a lot.
Thank you, me too! It is such a beautiful color! 😀
I love all of these! Thanks for more creative ideas!
Thank you so much, I'm really glad you like them! 😀
So cool! Thanks for the tutorial - can’t wait to try!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! 😀
These turned out amazing!
Thank you so much! 😀
@@FunEndeavors i just ordered some towels from your link. Thank you for posting!
@@tamimcclain2459 Awesome, I hope you like them! 😀
Wonder what would happen if you put the fold up on one side?
I'm not entirely sure. That would be fun to try. I think I've done that before with the flag fold, but it's been so long ago that I don't remember.
