What a sexy car to have! This is the dream. I just couldn’t learn to drive manual, but I probably wouldn’t be able to afford it anyway. I’ll stick with my 2003 Corolla with 240k km, recently installed this filter!

The new mazda 3s have a turbo awd spec. Basically an automatic gr corolla with a fancier interior and has a somewhat good aftermarket support with a k&n intake and a magnaflow exhaust.
Try a cone style filter, that will give you much better sound I think.
The cone style tend to give off a CEL, I’ll have to research more on those.
It's definitely worth it.. not for the fluffy marketing BS that states "makes more hp" But because you save $50 on services as a cotton replacement filter isn't required"
Yup exactly, you don’t really buy this for the “power” but because it’s easy to clean and does offer some nice sounds as well.

Yes I can hear a difference, but I was hoping for greater sound. Maybe with some time it will get better but I’ll be shopping for other systems.

Yea can’t hear much in video,,in person it’s a bit more louder than stock, but still want something more loud!

Did you notice any improvement to the throttle pedal feel?
I can’t say that I did notice much difference but the revs seemed to rev more freely or quicker, but maybe that’s all in my head too.
