    Ma'am I have a suggestion/request. Can you please make videos how Ca2+ enters T tubules and the how this ionic basis of cardiac AP relates to opening of the DHP receptors, leading to Ca2+ spark which further leads to Ca2+ release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum and Ca2+ going to bind to cross-bridge of actin myosin. I am really confused about how bunch of individual AP lead to whole heart to contract and how everything is related to each other. I think it would be a great addition to the cardiac/muscle physiology playlist. Thank you for your consideration!

      @@PhysiologyOpen. Madam after seeing the above video only i have raised this question:). In short: phase 1 and 2 is absent in pacemaker potential due to the absence of those specific changes like in ventricular potential.is it right? Thank you for your kind reply and explanation. Your are the Good teacher
