In part 4 of the Swedish Trans Train Documentary Series, the story of Leo is told. Leo was a biologically female child who experienced gender dysphoria and was socially transitioned to a boy. Leo was started on Puberty Blockers and maintained on it for years without adequate monitoring of the known complication of bone density loss and pathologic fractures.
The episode explores how gender clinics may fail to inform parents and patients of the risks of hormonal intervention and how the system is not adequately tracking complications and adjusting policies when complications arise - with cases and complications falling into the gaps between the psychology, endocrinology and surgical clinics and the healthcare system more broadly.

In May of 2021 Sweden announced a change of their policy regarding the medical and surgical transition of children. The change came in the wake of several bombshell documentaries which explored the issue of medicalization of children experiencing gender dysphoria in Sweden and Europe.
The controversial documentary series examined the evidence base of the protocols, the ethics of treating children who cannot consent and the degree of oversight and accountability that clinics held for their patients.
The english speaking world isn't aware of much of what the documentaries uncovered because of the language barrier, as the films are mostly in Swedish. English captions have been made available and for the first time the films are presented here with english voiceover to make them more accessible.

This transition protocol for children based on "The Dutch Study" had previously been used by clinics in Sweden since around 2014 to start children on puberty blockers leading to cross-sex hormones and surgery.
The "Dutch Study" was originally designed with strict criteria for inclusion which were not being applied to the exploding population of mostly young women who were starting to seek treatment for dysphoria. As such, most patients being put on this "trans train" of affirmation and medicalization were a different population group than those studied in the original Dutch protocol.
As a result, the issues of regret and detransition began to be come more common as people for whom the Dutch Protocol was not designed for started to see that medical and surgical transition did not solve their issues.
When these stories started to leak out, the Swedish investigative journalists at "Mission: Investigate" started talking with regretters and detransitioners and approached the hospitals and clinics who were treating young people at the time to figure out what was going on. Over the next several years subsequent episodes of Mission: Investigate explored other aspects of the modern discourse about the medical treatment of gender dysphoria. The revelations of this series were eventually led to the national health system in Sweden reviewing their protocols and issuing an official policy halting the implementation of the Dutch protocol in treating children with gender dysphoria.
This documentary team have done the job the medical establishment should have done. Such a lot of cover-up and listening to uninformed activists is unethical, unscientific and a dereliction of duty. They should all be up in court.

You should distrust any industry. There are stories like this everywhere where people are organized in groups and where money is involved. As soon as someone is able to capitalise on something, it should be questioned critically. Profit, income, donations, etc. We humans are corrupt by nature and naive at the same time. Minors are a very naive target group, which is great for adults who want to profit from them. The toy and food industries have been doing this to them all along, and now the pharmaceutical industry is using the LGBT+ community to profit from them. The LGBT+ community in general has become increasingly capitalist in this century.
How can someone say "Fighting transphobia is more imprtant then discussing the health risks of transgender treatment". A trans person might not experience transphobia, but the health issues they experience, will be there 24/7 for the rest of their lives. These kids are brainwashed, because their ideology is more important to them, then their health. They have lost the safety standards that every person should have when it comes to any type of medical treatment.

The body still grows, (hormonal castration in boys, often leads to them growing taller than if they go thru normal puberty) but their bodies remain child like and brain maturation of the thalmus is arrested which damages cognitive function and the ability to reason and make sound adult decisions and understand the possible negative consequenses.

I feel badly for these kids. I was what people call a tomboy. Didn't like dresses, played outside all the time, liked sports, cut my hair, took karate. I remember being ten and other kids asked me if I was a girl or a boy.
Puberty is difficult. You go from being a tomboy no one notices to filling out and being noticed by men. There's pressure to be an attractive woman. It's normal to question if you want to participate in feminine roles.
I wasn't a boy , I wasn't even gay. I was just a tomboy. I went through puberty and embraced my womanhood. I wear dresses sometimes. I also have a lot of power tools. It's OK to have masculine and feminine behaviors.
I'm just glad no one pressured me at that time to chop myself up and sterilize myself. It would probably have made me feel like I belonged and had agency. It's damaging these kids forever. These doctors are butchers. Let the kids develop into themselves.
It's good you weren't gay, but majority of these kids who are seeking treatment have same-sex attractions. A lot of them have internalized homophobia and parents who would rather have a "straight" child rather than gay. There's no law that affirms their same-sex attraction but plenty that will affirm their gender identification.

Same story here!! If you'd have asked me if I wanted to be a boy between the ages of 10-15, it would have been a definate yes!!! But, as soon as I got my period (2 months off 15), everything changed! Instead of wanting to be a boy, I wanted to kiss all the boys!! Now, I am mother to an amazing grown up daughter...Thank God this mad trend wasn't being pushed when I was a kid, I definately would have 'identified' as a boy and forced my mother to transition me!!! As 90% of young people with (poss)' gender dysphoria', I grew out of it as soon as my hormones kicked in!!!
@@AkitaMixand it is also mentioned in the docu-serie that a great percentage of these minors have other issues (Asperger's, Autism, mental...). Why is it so difficult to treat children for those conditions? Isn't that discriminating against those who suffer from these other mental conditions? (I am the mother of three young adults. Two of them are whitin the Autism Spectrum, and the third is gay.)

Of course it is important to get all the information. People need to be able to make an informed decision when deciding whether or not a minor should be put on puberty blockers. But using this information to promote anti-trans rhetoric does not do it justice. Transgender patients always had to weigh the risks of complicated medical procedures against the psychological turmoil caused by their gender dysphoria. Of course, it becomes more difficult if the person seeking medical treatment is a child who still has a lot of mental development ahead of them. But if a child has been living in their chosen gender for several years and shows extreme emotional distress at the idea of developing the sexual characteristics of their assigned gender during puberty, the chance of giving them a little more time to decide before any irreversable changes happen might still outweigh the risks of administering puberty blockers.

Look at Jazz Jennings: joint issues, depression & anxiety despite an ideal early transition, zero sex drive due to never developing gonads, unable to feel satiated by food & obese which might be due to altered hormone and brain function from blockers. Also, how can kids know they're in the wrong body without first having a sexed body to feel dysphoric about? Jazz never experienced male puberty to know for sure. You cannot say a child is straight, gay or trans until they've experienced natural puberty and figured it out themselves. Anything else is coercive and unethical which is why we're seeing the rise of detransitioners. This is the medical scandal of our generation and when it properly blows up, it'll take trans rights out along with it. Stop transitioning minors. It's obvious.

I'm 50 now. I wouldn't trust 20-year-old me to make a big decision, much less when I was 10. I hear a lot of people say people should wait until they're 18 before they do anything like that. And while yes, they are a legal adult at that point and I don't want to tell adults what they can and cannot do, but I still think it's a tragic mistake. I have never experienced gender dysphoria, but I can't imagine a more depressing way to go through life than as a perpetual medical patient fighting your biology for life, trying to be something you can never truly be.

Puberty blockers aka lupron used to be given to men with prostate cancer and there was a massive suicide issue that came with it, as they lost their drive. I watched an interview with a woman given them for endometriosis, and left her depressed and suicidal. She took herself of them but was left with a weak pelvic floor. Why would you ever want to just hand them out to kids

Medical Businesses that hold patents for these drugs will often do things like this.
If you cannot sell it for this reason, try advertising it for another. Many drugs have been ultimately taken off the market OR very restricted in their use by governmental laws and ethical committees for prescribers. Puberty blockers and transition therapy shouldnt be given to just anyone. They should be reserved for the most serious of cases where all other forms of treatment have failed, and ideally the person is an adult able to fully consent to this process and its inherent risks.
Depression and anxiety are common symptoms experienced by younger teens who are gay, racial minority, or even just experiencing misogyny or bullying in general at school. It seems this is taken as a need to push these drugs instead of an overlapping issue where the child needs psychological support & connection to other kids like them to get through. Puberty can be scary for everyone, and without peers going through the same things as you (in this case gender dysphoria) it makes sense they would feel alone.

I was in Lupron for endometriosis. It was awful. Anxiety and first of anger. Deteriorated bones. Why give this to kids?
Luprolide acetate is used on pedophiles.
I'm a freak. I have such awful endometriosis that to live I've taken Lupron since I was 17. I have moderate osteoporosis and the usual degenerative conditions of growing old... except I'm not old. Lupron was a godsend. I needed surgery every 6 months to be relatively pain free. Lupron has not diminished my libido at all. It boosted my mood. I would never, ever recommend that anyone take this unless they have to take it.

Gender dysphoria is real but pre all this medical intervention the child was encouraged to know what normal was and they grew out of it by age 26 (the same age as puberty effects on brain ends).

I used to think it's feelings, now I think it's not. It's very much pushed top-down. State policies, international institutions, stakeholders. Same in many countries. Medical establishment, but also educational institutions. Activists do have a part in it, but it's more of that they're useful propagandists. Same with other woke stuff. I don't usually laud a certain streaming giant, but a few years ago they did a doc called The Social Dilemma. Had I children today their access would be next to nil without supervision. These young girls for instance seemed to get caught up in this madness through online peers, and many want to be like those peers. Nothing can replace careful parenting. The sad thing is it is not permitted to seek mental health that does not lead to this insanity. It's all called transphobia to question or to attempt to unravel the issues these poor children suffer from.

The first thing Leo’s mom did was base all her decisions on making Leo “happy”. That’s not what being a parent is about. Happy comes as a side benefit of teaching your child good morals, becoming a productive citizens, right from wrong, etc and that your feelings and thoughts at 11 years old are not something you base major life impacting decisions. Hasn’t anyone taken a minute to thing… maybe letting my confused child go through puberty as our bodies are designed to do might just be a benefit and not something to avoid.
And we need to normalize puberty and not shame girls especially for having periods. There is so much shame associated with that.

The use of hormones which effect neuropsychological and the "affirming" social transition which effects the psycho-social aspects of a person to ingraine their initial delusion, on top of the cosmetic surgeries included in trans medicine, which effectively permenantly erases their ability to enjoy a full sexual relationship with anyone else, diminishes their prospects for finding a partner in the first place and drastically alters or completely destroys their ability to reproduce naturally, makes the harms and long term damage to precious childrens lives, so much greater.
I think adults with fully developed brains of 25 years old should be able to transition or engage in body modification but it should be illegal to change their sex on their birth certificate (these are vital birth records), we shouldn't pretend they're the opposite sex or let them enter single sex spaces of the opposite sex because it puts people at risk (women's prisons). These people are non-binary at best but we shouldn't endorse manipulative slogans like trans women are women. It's a manipulative lie.

Sorry, but that is absolute nonsense. Kids never just played happily and had a sunshine life. Each generation had their fuckups. Others ruined their lives e.g. with drugs and caused severe damage, or signed up happily to fight in wars that would leave them with missing limbs and PTSD. Unfortunately the answer to why these clinics have such differing opinions isn't found in the medical literature or data but in their accounting departments
IMO this is all about money. If it wasn't, poor Leo would have been weaned off the blocker and the clinic would have refused the child as a client. Instead, in the face of proof that he is not growing, he's in pain 24/7/365 and that his bone density is far below the norm in his hips as well as his vertebrae the clinic carries on treating him. They are actively destroying his body and continue to do so...money can be the only reason.

I'm truly beginning to think just one key issue is at play here - psychiatrists' abysmal failure to do their jobs. It's well-known how difficult it is to manage mental health issues and it seems to me, they've completely given up even trying. Whatever dilusion a person comes to them with so long as they label it an "identity" is given a free pass and "affirmed".
They didn't give up trying, they've been schooled, instructed and mandated by state policies, various other institutions, and stakeholders (they said it as much in the film), to provide affirmative care.
Many years ago, John Hopkins hospital stopped doing surgeries for trans people because it didn't help these patients! Now, the movement is back in full force because they have an agenda and money to make!

As a trans adult happily transitioned, this horrifying truth isnt expressed enough.
I began the transition when I turned 18 and even that is a risky age because the brain doesnt fully develop until your 20s
I do not regret it. I know I made the right decision because Ive dealt with gender dysphoria since early childhood which is when most trans people experience it. Since transitioning Ive been living a normal, happy life, Im glad I waited until I was 18 to make that decision. I had a decade to get to know my body even if it caused me mental distressed it was a valuable learning experience. If someone where to ask if i where to go back in time, would i have wanted to transition, Id say no. Because changing your body is a complicated and STRESSFUL process. Its a second puberty that is just as crazy as the first one.
To subject that process on a child is barbaric and truamatizing whether they are trans or not. Children dont have the mental capabilities of making such a serious decision!
I was a trans child and even I knew that I wasnt ready for such a huge change because I was still learning about my own identity and my parents taught me the importance of waiting. Even if I didnt enjoy it.
Im glad I waited. It made the transition easier and mostly stress free.
If a child is trans, they should still be given love and support that all children deserve, but they shouldnt not be subjected to medical transitioning until they are old enough to make that decision.

I think where these problems mainly arise is the fact that society has not been ready for the big reveal of transgender people existing among them, the fear of the other or unknown is a very human reaction after all. Although it is nothing new and many ancient cultures have practised acceptance of it, most countries still lack even general knowledge about how human bodies work, especially regarding procreation and sexuality. Every medical manipulation carries a risk. Every drug does, being it pharmaceutical or from the street. There is always a trade-off. I think young people, especially teenagers who are struggling to prove their place in the society and to be taken seriously think that HRT or blockers will solve all their problems. It won't, because a system change is needed in general. Not just with transgender people's care, not just with medical care...I could go on about this, but I think that lack of education and simple understanding of how these systems work is what's causing harm to many. I will mention that I am 30 as I'm writing this and have struggled with gender dysphoria since I was 4. I am still waiting for my medical transition to happen, but transitioning socially has been a huge improvement on my mental health. I have harmed my body a lot during teenage years, be it eating disorders or physical harm. And it all came down to the fact that in the society where I grew up sex, sexual health and development of human bodies through puberty was only discussed within the "norm" of there being only 2 gender expressions. I later went to study medicine for the simple reason of always feeling like I have a disease, that I'm not "normal", that I have to look for a cure for myself because doctors have not been able to find one yet. But the greatest thing I did was starting to live on my own, moving to a country where gender affirming care is considered a basic medical treatment and is covered by my health insurance. For each and every kid who is struggling with their identity in general, I just want to say: It gets better. I know it doesn't feel like it, but try to enjoy the little things in life. Hope may be poisonous but in small amounts any poison can also be a cure. Go and look for people who can support you outside the medical field, school or family. It will give you power, it will give you reassurance. And read a book or 2 on anarchism.

We know that some mental illnesses are contagious when talked about too much. We see this with teen girls and eating disorders or cutting. Therefore the more it is talked about, the more mental illness we’ll see. We should not be teaching kids or doctors that this is safe or effective. Also, plenty of other patients have illnesses that are not believed: chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, pain syndromes. When trans think they are the only patients who have to wait for treatment, it’s just not true.
Who would've thought that young kids/teenagers obsessed with themselves without fully developed minds and lacking a mature understanding of the world and it's complexities would attach themselves to trendy identities to make sense of themselves and the world around them and that they werent capable of comprehending the seriousness of transitioning.

You can't trust the hospitals and doctors today. Do your own research before seeking medical help if possible (emergencies are the exception). Be armed with good information, ask questions, don't allow them to BULLY you into treatment you feel is wrong or harmful. Get a second opinion for big decisions like surgeries or ongoing 'treatments'. Take good care of yourself and avoid going to hospitals and doctors if you can. They are just looking to make a profit!

"trans" people aren't some group of seperate people who exist, who end up developing gender dysphoria because their inner identity doesn't match. A person, a male or a female person can get body dysmorphia, and that can lead them to think there is something wrong with their body to the point they believe they don't want to be the sex they are. They can end up believing the solution to their feelings is to stop being the sex they are. Now some people have tried to label these people as if they are a whole other form of person, "trans". now this documentary frames it as if there just are these people and they eventually develop a dysphoria condition as a result of being this different form of person.

THAT is the safe and effective treatment. the vast majority of people who develop body dysmorphia get over it with very little intervention, the best way to ensure they get over it, is to not lie to them, don't tell them there "is" something wrong with their body, don't give them a new label "trans", don't give them hormones, don't give them puberty blockers, tell them puberty is normal and change is scary so their feelings of being scared are normal but they still need to go through it like everyone else. Then those people become just another human in the population who doesn't have body dysmorphia. doesn't have psychological problems any more so than the average person, isn't any more likely to self harm than the average person, because they are accepting of the reality of their body. they may still be unhappy with their body, because a lot of people are unhappy with their body, but they come to accept the reality that they cannot change sex. and they do not need to change sex. they may hate their body hair, or they may not like the way their genitals look. it doesn't mean there is something wrong with them. accepting that is all anyone can do. The alternative is self destruction, to destroy the genitals you don't like. to castrate yourself and never be capable of having children. destroy yourself, all the while being encouraged to do so by "doctors" and politicians and other people, who all claim destroying yourself is the most "safe and effective" treatment and its the only way to prevent someone from self harming, to destroy them entirely. Agreed. Everyone is uncomfortable in their own body when their children. Puberty is icky and awkward and a shock, the transition into adulthood is difficult and should be explained and help should be given to the child to walk them through the changes that they're going through. At this Day & age it really should not matter how a child dresses or presents itself. The parents buy the clothes, I know when I was young and I'm in my fifties now I dressed as a tomboy and it was allowed and not a big deal. And no matter or circumstance would the child be allowed to make life-altering decisions or should the parents be coerced into doing these things for the children without understanding the dire circumstances that they are exposing the children to. I wanted to be a boy because I was going through sexual abuse and in my child's mind I did not think boys suffered the same things that I did. I also wanted to be a boy because I wanted to be a trashman and ride on the back of the garbage truck. Children change their minds. My niece transition into my nephew and she's full of regrets and a reprobate harmed by the surgeries she endured. This is a trend that must be stopped. If the body dysmorphia persist into adulthood there should still be therapies available to understand what the trigger is that causes the dysmorphia. I met my first transgender woman in the early 80s when I was sneaking into gay bars underage. They went four years of therapy at minimum before they were even given hormones or surgeries were even discussed as well. There's nothing wrong with cross-dressing or presenting as the opposite sex so as long as you're comfortable and no one else is harmed or let's believe otherwise that would harm the party involved as in not informing the person you are intimately involved with. There have been enough deaths of transgender women who did not disclose their actually men and received the man they were involved with. The same goes with transgendered men

This is an amazing video. There are no long term studies being carried out to my knowledge. That is totally incomprehensible. The simple question is why any adult would just blindly take the word of a young child about something so complex? But, especially the medical "professionals" who seem to be chasing the money. in giving their "professional " advice.
These kids are too young to understand the implications of transitioning. They don't understand the meaning of being sterile and not being able to have a kid ever. Also, people really know very little about "sex" hormones. They have effects far beyond the sexual system. I am a post menopausal woman. Before going thru menopause, I never know the effects of estrogen on bone density, temperature regulation, skin and collagen rich tissues such as connective tissues, etc. I was under the impression that when level of estrogen decreases, all that happens was the stopping of menses. Unfortunately, this is not so. Even though, I suffer hot flashes and other undesirable affects of menopause, I still avoid hormone replacement therapy because there are studies that link HRT to cancer. These young kids are being used as lab rats without respect to their health. In 10 years time, we will know about all side effects of hormone therapies for children with gender dysphoria. It is going to be too late for kids who had already received them.
I prefer natural health, naturopaths like Barbara O'Neill. Humanity survived thanks to herbs, food as a medicine. Body has immense capacity to self heal.

At the weary age of 60, I still vividly remember the misery and I HATED being a girl. I remember sitting on a toilet and crying so hard day after day during my menses flow, not even being able to understand I could and would adapt to it. And I wouldn't actually collapse of embarrassment if it wound up on my clothing. And I would learn how to roll over in bed, without bumping into my growing and tender breasts. I was prepared for my period, and my Mom was always there with a shoulder to cry on and to share HER misery when she was young, which helped. I was an 'early bloomer' which made it all worse and I am certain if I saw any "out" during those two or three years, I'd have signed up. I thank God every time I see these stories that I was born in a simpler time.

Years ago ago if after much careful therapy and you did not desist at eighteen you were required to live for two years as your new gender before surgery would be permitted.
Also there may be women here who recall all females were put on replacement hormone therapy at menopause but it was stopped due to clotting and heart attacks, the natural body knows what is is doing.

I'm watching these doctors and politicians talking about how great they are and I wonder if they serve up bottles of vodka and whiskey and cartons of cigarettes to these young people. We don't let them do things that may or may not be bad for their bodies but we let them make choices that will effect them forever with this "treatment". Children don't have the ability to make these kinds of decisions. Even adults have trouble with these decisions. I don't say don't transition, I do say wait. Stay in therapy, live as the person you want to be and transition in ways that are forever later, when you are old enough to understand.

Well these kids usually girls with early puberty were often exposed to estrogen chemicals in their environment, food, etc and with them early puberty means reduced growth, height, and other health issues that may impact their health as adults. It's a crazy world that doctors keep thinking surgery and pharmaceutical intervention fix a psychology self identity. It may for some but the explosion of oh do this it will solve your problems is not reasonable to say. In the old days gender dysphoria in adolescents was handled by therapy and most grew out of it in their mid twenties. I don't know what the answer is. In early puberty a study needs to be done on nutrition and environmental exposure to estrogen mimickers.
What is " premature puberty " re research base / evidence?
I think if we as a society were honest with patients that you cannot become the opposite sex, that going through a natural puberty is essential to health and longevity and that after puberty you can undergo cosmetic medical and surgical procedures to make you feel more accepted for having non gender confirming traits in society. They are the ones to need psychological support to face the reality of the world. Society is accepting to a degree, and being accepting of people who are non gender conforming is definitely trendy amongst gen Z. But that’s all it is. No one is born in the wrong body.
People need to accept themselves and embrace their uniqueness. Having "cosmetic medical and surgical procedures" so others accept their differences is nuts!

When my sister was younger and had to take accutane for her severe acne, she had to constantly be taken for checkups to monitor her liver function. I can't believe they give these kids puberty blockers so freely without once stopping to think about this will affect them long-term,not only mentally but physically as well! Poor children!

The answer to that is in mental health, its well known that people that seek help in the form of medication and hospitalization without therapy first, you get put on a rat wheel of doctors playing darts in the dark without even doing any indepth assessments.

But im here atm to warn the younger generations of the dangers of the mental health system of therapy in a pill and the scares it leaves on your medical record that will dictate the quality of care you may receive for the rest of your life once doctors just want to get a quick fix and not comply with proper diagnosis, real assessments that explore all posible problems, the outcomes and non medicated therapies first befor they pump them in , oump them out , give them pills , who care if the doctor has it wrong, well they most likely know they are wrong but its not in the interests of the institutes they work for or financial kick back by turning a blind eye to the harm they have been told to ignore they are doing as its not within a agenda thats bigger than mearly your or me .
Then aftet all this any doctor you see after this thats going on, when you walk in their office all their ever going to see is a mental health record and i have been denied proper medical care for many years to the point ive had to go to doctors clinics that did not have my medical records on file to seek a referral to see a throat specialist to find out i have serious esophageal damage due to the valve that stops stomic aicd coming up all the time , it has never worked on me and if i had earily intervention i may have avoided my now fate, i will end up with esophageal cancer and its just a waiting game now.
The same thing killed my mother but a medical profession did not even want to look at that in my family history.
They just seen mental health system!
But worse, ive been given every antidepressant and antipsychotic on the market over the past 20 years with no positive outcome and up and up goes the dose and more meds added and hospital stays , many hospital stays without any treatment in those times , they just drug you up to shut you up and they where willing to give me electro shock therapy without having not 1 proper mental health assessment all because i entered the nental heakth system and it never wants to let you go !
8 years ago , once again i sort anothet second opinion privately and paid big money to get away from public health and all these years they have been giving me medicataions that has made me depressed and suicidal that dosent treat my offical diagnosis as the public health system where medicating the side effects of medications they got wrong in the first place and the public health system would rather use you as a lab rat , playing darts in the dark ..... oh , lets see if this medication dose something ? Leavening you as a long time participant, willing or no of the public mental health system.
So after i got compleatly suck to death of this shit my 40s and all this medical abuse ive endured , i went and paid thousands of dollers to have a full and in-depth psychological assessment covering everything from personality disorders to neurological disorders and everthing inbetween that has found that im autistic and have adhd but this hpwhole public health system bit has left me with ptsd on top.
Im off all the antidepressant and antipsychotic now and now on adhd medication insted and getting therapy but i have a spinal injury and my first contact with public mental health system was when i obtained said injury and i became depressed due to losing my physical and financial independence that lead to me hit autistic burn out around dealing with the mounting legal costs for the proceedings to sue my workplace for negligence and file to claim on an insurance payout for my injuries, i lost my career, income, independents , my health and was about to lose my home to land in a place that the insurance companies paid medical professional wanting to electrocute me over giving me medical care and owning up to their responsibility to pay me out on a injury that was inoperable at that time and just recently my doctor has been making noise about taking me off pain killers and wanted to replace it with another antidepressant?
Ive had to say to doctors befor " pills dont pay my bills , i need to be able to go back to work and my problem is pain and the lack of money to servive while im off my head on seditives , antidepressants and antipsychotics while im not working.

Once again, ive sort a second opinion and im now referred to another pain specilest and pain clinic as my parting words to that last general parctionor doctor that just wanted to drug me up to shut me up rather than treat my condition " no solution is no solution and zombifying me again on drugs that have made me suicidal in the past as a side effect is malpractice " .
I dont care about staying on pain killers but as i said , no solution is no solution and if they can find something that will improve my quality of life, send me to another pain specilest that may know more than them , their may be a new surgical procedure we have not looked at as no one has wanted to look at anything for decades now.

They present chemical castration medications as proven treatments to children instead of threapy and make it that minors are making the choices to go under the knife and start taking testosterone or estrogen and its within their legal rights but what about these doctors hipocatic oath of not letting a child make the decision they cant reverse thats going to shorten their lives, that their are known long term effects that can cause cancer and stroke only for that child to possibly be just diffent , not necessarily trans like me .

The most shocking thing in it for me was Annielou de Vries saying that the Dutch protocol was "beautifully developed" and that you can with puberty blockers "stop puberty whenever you want, and then at puberty gender will evolve and develop further without consequences". This is a lie of massive proportions. She should be struck off. There is no real evidence at all that there are no consequences. Bone and genital development, brain health and other issues are all very likely affected by this. I cannot believe someone like this is allowed to practice.
The first mistake anyone can make in this new millennium is too trust ANY doctor who works in the medical industrial complex who is not also trained in integrated medicine.
