I love graduations!! I graduated high school in 2017. My fav is definitely high school musical 3 senior year!!!! Everyone wanted to have a graduation like theirs.

High School Musical 3 is my favorite of the trilogy, it is so emotional and got me dreaming as a kid of my own graduation. Unfortunetly I haven't had one, but I'll always have this movies to dream. ❤
Mention to I love you Beth Cooper!! I wish my graduation had some more heartfelt moments, but I absolutely dreaded. Graduations like in the movies gives you the real look at the world and gets you on the guts.
I loved the one from mamma mia 2, the one where donna and her friends sang when I kissed the teacher. Sad that it didn't get mentioned. Even though it might not be realistic, it's such a feel good scene.
I kind of wish they included those "everybody gets what they deserved" scenes from legally blonde especially "Warner graduated without honours without a girlfriend and without any job offers"
I love graduations they’re really fun and awesome the only thing that sucks about graduations is when you leave your friends behind and you have to say goodbye but the only thing that’s good is your in contact with them after graduation

I can’t stand graduations. I wish they were short and meaningful like they are in the movies but they’re actually long, tedious, and the only highlight is getting your certificate/diploma if your school decides to give them on the spot

When the movie was first released to test audiences, it ended right after the win in court in the moment where she walks through the doors and the screen gets bright. That was it. They added the graduation scene before the wide release because the test audiences wanted more resolution of the story. Talk about a good choice. 👍🏻
Legally Blonde absolutely deserved Number 1. I'm very glad it got the top spot. Elle delivers an important message. Her parents, Pregnant Paulette & her husband and Emmett are here along with Elle's friends (Enid, David and rival-turned-BBF Vivian) and professors.
I have 2 favourite movie graduations - Legally Blonde & Mamma Mia Here We Go Again. The latter should have had a Honorable Mention. Both of my favourites have a Perfect Music number.
And the worst part: WatchMojo put graduation scenes in High School Musical and especially Twilight as if we only dislike them because we haven't seen them! But graduation scenes can either be memorable or forgettable, so I think the reason ehy graduation scenes are a cliche is because it is an influence from something in real life. Too f'in bad I never got a high school graduation.
Especially when WatchMojo forced in the scene from Twilight on this list and tried way too hard to make it look like it was acted with a high emotional range, had believeable and not-mean-spirited characters and is easy to get invested by, something other works of fiction and reality actually are.

Interesting list. The only issue I have is with the costumes in the college graduation scenes. Anyone going for a higher degree (masters, law, phd, docterate, etc.) would have different robes and hats than those graduation Undergard or High School. I know I am probably nit picking, but I wish Hollywood would pay attention to that detail.

How about book smart full of sexuality teachers and students going to parties all night but ends with a moment when 2 of the girls didn't know what to expect and between there differences one is very pushy on going to the party and the other lad back very quiet but tells her girlfriend on what she wants to do in her career next day both graduated with heartwarming and laughable and to enjoy life as it seems it should be and have fun best moment u would never forget.
