Really great review Sir. I've been looking for a bag. I currently have the Altura Sling andit's great, but I needed some more room, and a laptop slot too. This bag looks like it will fit the bill. Thanks for the review.

Would you reccomend this one over the Amazon Basic's one?

I don't own the basics backpack. However I do own a basics camera bag and its pretty nice. I like the orange interior. The basics backpack looks like it has fewer storage options. Tough call. The basics bag looks like a more traditional camera backpack. They didn't have the laptop option when I originally bought my back and that was something I needed. I think it is going to come down to the style you like the best. Thank you for commenting.

No raincover? It doesn`t look like it could protect the camera gear in pouring rain...?

Yes it does come with a rain cover. I've never had to use it, but then again I've never been out in the pouring rain. Thank you for commenting.

Thank you for the answer! Do you think the zippers and the material are durable?

I personally have not had any problems with it. I have read some reviews that say the hand breaks but so far so good for me. I keep it loaded pretty heavy too. On my last trip I had 5 lenses, a dslr with a lens, cleaning gear, sound equipment, a tripod, my passport, my phone, 2 GoPros, a point and shoot, a rapid strap, an iPad, chargers, and a MacBook Pro in it and no problems.

+CHAZ pfeiffer The bag is still working good. No breaks or rips (yet). I use it quite often. I don't put my computer in it for local use but I have added a few lenses to it. Hopefully it continues to be reliable. Thanks for commenting and sharing your thoughts Chaz.
