    Great video, I had JG pest control come out and put poison down. Cost me £300. Waste of money. After watching your videos I was able to solve the problem myself. Thank you so much for the information I really appreciate it. To say I was close to moving out was an understatement!

      How many visits for £300?

    • @PestInterceptors
      @PestInterceptors  5 месяцев назад +1

      @@craigbrassington8766 does it really matter? Because when it’s rats, unless you get to the root cause, using poison is pointless and and pretty much nearly always illegal.
      So if it’s a £5 er or £5k……it’s a waste of money, illegal, cruel, pointless, etc

    We have rats in our garden and surrounding gardens, a pest control company placed poison boxes down for me about 6 weeks ago and they haven’t touched any of it! Is this because other neighbours are feeding birds? Do they always come from a sewer? We are a small town in countryside
    Many thanks

    My rats used to come in through kitchen door stealing dog biscuits. I put tin foil all round the entrance as I heard rats don’t like this. A few weeks later the rats tried finding a new way into the house. Now we have them in the walls and loft. We know they have only just started using loft as we have had electrical downlighting fitted in kitchen and also have been laying flooring in the loft and didn’t see rat poop until after I put foil down. I think they are getting in through loft as I have seen them on roof of conservatory entering under roof tile. Let’s hope blocking roof tile gaps blocks access

      @ Thank you for your response. The pest control company we got in didn’t offer to help find access point even though I said I needed help. He stated it wasn’t worth putting poison down until the holes were sealed. That’s how I found your videos researching how to find how they are getting in. I wish he had been as good as you guys. We may need your services trouble is we live in Clacton on sea Essex , a long way from you. Thank you again

    moving in a house, its a 1950 built and concrete floors on ground floor. Hopfully dont have rats, but used a Knauf acoustic insulation for the floors and one of the plumbers mentioned that its a good plate for rats :) Now worried to have rats, looking how to stop them getting in or get rid. We havent been in the loft yet, but cant hear anything while in the house at the moment and did not see any rat or mice poo while lifting the boards.

    How people still use rentokill etc is baffling, get the lads in to sort it out.
    We’re 8 months in since the lads came to see us, 8 months of better sleep, less stress and anxiety

      I live in Ireland and out of desperation and from reading the rentokill website I got rentokill in. They claim to have industry leading training.
      For four months all they were doing was going up on their ladder only as far as their torso with a head torch looking around my attic and threw lots of poison in white plastic trays up there. He only got about half way across my attic with the poison. He also put down one trap. He never went up into my attic to find entry points or rat nests.
      He was looking around the external walls and roof suggesting different places to block where the rats might be getting in so I spent a fortune on materials to block holes yet the rats keep coming back.
      Two of the main men came eventually to lift man hole covers around the immediate area. They didn't have a pipe camera and took pictures of what they saw under the manhole covers then claimed that there's broken pipes and other problems in the area without using a pipe camera.
      They didn't install any rat flaps either. So they flat out refused to come back and claim the rats are coming from the sewer. It's been almost six months since rentokill came back. Their website of industry leading training is 🐴💩
      I would call on pest interceptors but I live on Ireland. I would call them immediately otherwise.
      Plus I was dealing with the problem in my attic myself two and a half months ago and the ladder fell from under me. I fell and badly dislocated my ankle and tore all the ligaments in my ankle. I've been using crutches to walk with the past 10 weeks
