  • Hey everyone. Today, I set up another G052 Girl board. I love this shape. I immediately felt good on it and had a super fun session downtown. Hope you enjoy the edit.

    Dude, that shape is *chef's kiss* I skated the pop secret version of this as well, it was heavier but a lot more crispy

    It is the best shape for sure! I rock mine with 5.2 lows and I’ve never been happier!

    Trusty old ledge with one of the most classic graphiced decks.

    I like the g69 and g96 shapes. The longer nose/tail and short wheelbase pairs perfectly with ventures.

    I don't know 100% for sure but I think you would get better results using fine thread drywall screws. Only reason being is its less aggressive so less likely to try and pull apart the ply in that area.

    I like that board rack

    • @KevinNiceTry
      @KevinNiceTry  Год назад +2

      It's a fairdale skate pannier rack. I made a separate video on it. A bit expensive, but definitely the best way to carry a board on a bike.

    8.25, it looks like you may have found your sweet spot, but why do you use the rails? I see you do a lot more grinds, and flip tricks. And besides, wouldn’t rails mess up your flip tricks if you was to put in one rail more in than the other by mistake . I am only asking because I’m curious. But please keep on putting out your great videos. 👍

      Rails help with smiths and feebles as well as boardslides. I measure mine an inch and a quarter in on each side. I don't notice any weight, and when I do find a boardslide, it's good fun. Haha.

    Nice vid bro! Just randomly decided to search for G052 shape on yt because I recently just copped one online for the first time. Looking forward to skating it after this vid. What board rack is that for your bike?

    That board look really fresh and crisp 😋 ,but why do you put the rails that far in?

    • @KevinNiceTry
      @KevinNiceTry  Год назад +1

      They never pop off. If I use the standard hardware, they will fall off in a session or two.

      Yeah. They will NEVER pop off or fall out. Haha. I've skated gaps and landed bad flip tricks, still hold.
