In the middle of the Ukrainian Carpathians there is one of the railways that connects Lviv and Uzhgorod./ In the middle of the Ukrainian Carpathians one of the railways stretches from Lviv to Uzhgorod. The most complicated and beautiful section is located between Syanki and Volosyanka, where the railway, descending from the Uzhoksky pass, winds along the mountain slopes for almost 20 km to drop a height of 360 m. More than 4 km of railway at this site are laid through multiple bridges and tunnels.
