Adrian is the one haggling over the 50 though because he’s making it an issue
As a watch reseller, you take that $50 loss everytime on a bulk deal. Number 1 it makes the customer happy to get a W, number 2 you’re able to move other products, and number 3 if your margins are that bad where $50 makes or breaks the deal then you need to not sell it.

When you lose $ on bulk deals, unless the market crashed significantly in a very short time, you are trying too hard. Sometimes you can say no and not buy shit too close.
It wasn't $50. It was more ego.
The Miami dealer convention floor is a lot sparse as compared to 2021 event. Not many backpack dealers at this one.
The secondary grey watch market is dead. That was one terrible show in Miami

Sounds like you got caught up in the hype. The grey market is just back to where it is supposed to be, without a bunch of inflationary money printed out of nothing flooding the market.

Adrian's selling style is not good imo, the best deal is when two people take a little bit of pain. It creates a little bad blood which will come back to haunt you in the bad times. 50$ is nothing but would have made the buyer feel a little bit better.

great content, assuming the negotiations is what we see on camera vs off camera, it's very interesting to see how deals are made at that level
Dont be angry with people haggling and low balling, everyone is trying to get buy and hussle where they can. We all started somewhere and although $50 maybe the cost of a snack it is more to others and its not just about the cash but learning the art of negotiation and feeling they have got something off. Also Adrian, being direct and rude are separated by a thin line.
Can't wait until the grey market implodes and all these back pack wearing bro's get what they deserve.
