take a grandmarshal and just slide around with it. Its the best car to learn counter-steering in (in my opinion), I have learnt how to drift with it and its my most favorite car.
BeamNG got update recently, which added automatic countersteering - it makes drifting on keyboard / gamepad much easier and you see it on video i think

Crank up the oversteer assist to around ~70% with max at around ~50km/h and you'd be good to start learning drifting

@@GrimmyHours if I have the privilege to buy a decent wheel pedal setup to actually learn to drift, I would turn oversteer assist off.
