Homemade mayonnaise: 1 whole egg, 1 tsp mustard of choice, good pinch of salt, 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of avacado oil, 5-6 drops of rosemary extract or oil of oregano (lengthens shelf life & adds depth of flavor), all ingredients to room temperature. Immersion blend until thick & creamy. Keep blender at the bottom until you start seeing immulsification & then work your way up. The healthy store bought mayo is so overpriced, aka non seed oil kind. I hope this helps. 🙏 💕 Absolutely adore your channel & thanks for all you do!! ❤️ ❤❤
Just wanted to say you are such an inspiration to me. You have a warm gentle spirit that I know comes from Christ. You are a wonderful mother and wife, not to mention what a wonderful voice. The first time I heard you don't, I was wowed. I am 63 yrs old grandma and still haven't mastered the bread making. Is there anything you can't do? Love your videos, and keep them coming. The children are precious. You and your husband look like possibly Irish? I am going to try some of your bread recipes and pray they're not hard as a rock. God bless you and your family.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to me. 🙏 there are alot of things I don't do very well. But I love to share homemaking life with you all! Lots of love! 🥰😘
Good morning from New Zealand 🤗 I do enjoy your video’s and the love you put into your family and home. We are in the middle of Summer right now and enjoying it very much. When I’m watching your summers in our winter, it brings a hint of joy on a cold, gloomy day. I must say that I enjoy every season and all that it brings. I would however like very much to experience a White Christmas. It looks so beautiful. Anyway, I just have one helpful hint ? Place a damp dish cloth under your chopping board? This will stop the board from moving whilst chopping? I noticed in other homesteading vlogs I watch from America don’t do it either? I do love the homesteading life and if I was able to when I was raising my family? I certainly would have. Well it’s almost 7.15am Saturday the 18th. Have a great day🤗🙏
What a lovely channel you have. Calm, gentle and easy moving… nothing intense, frantic or loud. Thank you for the sweet atmosphere in your kitchen ( of course, I realize that these are snippets of your day). Excellent menus, food items for healthy meals. Blessings from a great grandma, Susan
Hello from the Thousand Islands region in Ontario, Canada! What a productive day in the kitchen! I wonder about all the dishes that need to be done to clean up. Thanks for all the good recipes and ideas that I'll make for our family (but not all in one day!).
Cannot wait to try these recipes. First I will be doing a sheet pan pork tenderloin with Brussel sprouts and a winter squash (we had a great sale this week on whole pork tenderloins for $1.79/lb. Love ya lots also❣️
@ I don’t have the same one exactly but my Granny had many pieces and some were passed down to me. I also have acquired some at antique stores. I love them! You are fortunate to have one. ❤️they are becoming more difficult to find.
I tried Wildgrain and while everything was good from my perspective my husband is not a fan of sourdough bread. I would like to order from them again do you have any suggestions as far as their non sourdough things?
All of their loaves are sourdough. BUT I thought their baguette tasted better than their regular sourdough loaf. You might try another type of loaf. They also have pretzel rolls, those look delicious!

Thank you. Going to make this tomorrow. ❤❤❤
What a great cook you are. You are a natural in the kitchen.
Thanks for sharing your recipe! I will give it a try!
Is there another oil i can use? I hate avocado mayo, I think its disgusting 😂 so any other option is very welcome 🙏🏼 😅
@Tamar.x Sure, you can use any oil that is liquid at room temperature. I just don't care for seed oils, aka poison. 😀 😉
My goodness, Jenilee!

Fantastic Video loved every content . Thank you I will be making almost everyone of these recipes. 😊 I’m not good with bread making lol.
So many good meal ideas , thank you 😊
Are the recipes written somewhere?
In the description, below the video. Enjoy!
I noticed cinnamon was listed twice in the apple crisp recipe in different quantities. 🤔
Must have been a mistake. The recipe is in the description 😋
Lovely video! I love the flower bowl you used for the Ricotta cheese! Is the brand Halls by any chance?
I love it too! I had to check. And yes it is Halls! You are so clever. Do you have the same one?
@ I don’t have the same one exactly but my Granny had many pieces and some were passed down to me. I also have acquired some at antique stores. I love them! You are fortunate to have one. ❤️they are becoming more difficult to find.
Is this the episode you said you would list the info on your stove? I’m not seeing it listed.

Wild Grain bread products, while I’m sure are delicious, are quite out of my budget! Yikes!
