As always I’m inspired, thank you. I really appreciate that you took us along with the troubleshooting part too. It’s a good thing to hear so that should we have a similar experience we are armed with the info to work out the kinks. I think it’s especially helpful as one figures out using freeze dried food in recipes. Have a wonderful day!
I was so happy when I sat down with my cup of tea this morning and saw that you had posted a new video. Becky, the baby has visibly dropped! Won’t be long now. Seeing the giant stainless steel bowl you used took me back 47 years. I had a similar bowl and used it to make my own bulk mixes too…like Bisquick. When my first baby arrived I also used it to bathe him the first time. So funny. I still have it and use it for making sauerkraut now. You probably go through homemade mayo pretty quickly, but you can extend the freshness by adding a bit of fermented sauerkraut juice or even yogurt whey prior to using the immersion blender. Then let the finished mayo sit out for about 6 hours to get fermentation going before refrigerating. You may also want to make up some whole grain pancakes or waffles using your sourdough discard. They freeze beautifully and reheat in the toaster. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you approach the birth of this little one. Thanks for a great video!
I love this pantry restock! This is what I need to work on and your video is motivating, thank you! We depleted my stock during Christmas break. It is so helpful to have things made up completely in the freezer or even partially (dry mixes)....such a lifesaver for us folks that cook almost completely from scratch. Have a good week! I hope you will post more restock videos coming up!
I make my granola with sweet potatoes instead of oats. I shred sweet potatoes and freeze dry it. Then I mix in oil and honey, and bake it until it’s a golden brown. Then I add nuts, seeds and freeze dried fruit. It’s so amazing. We grew twice the amount of sweet potatoes we need this year, and this is a great way to use up my extra 200 pounds of sweet potatoes. I also make pumpkin flour. You can make flour with all kinds of squash, (both winter and summer), and pumpkins. Great idea with making a pancake mix, I think I am going to do that too, and maybe waffle mix as well. I already have my homemade bread mix on my shelves.
You look awsome, Becky ❤ Thanks for all the yammie breakfast-ideas. Your property looks so nice in the snow! Good luck with the next weeks🙏 ❄ love from Norway!
People who don’t like marshmallows, usually like home made ones. People ask my daughter to make them , because they love them so much. I am so excited for the new baby to arrive! They will be so loved! Love your family and your content, thanks for sharing you life with us
If I could give this video TEN thumbs up 👍 I would!! I absolutely love all of the recipes you showed us! Also that it was such a nice long video 😁 Can't wait to "meet" the new addition to your family. Love you, girl ❤️
Such a great idea, breakfast was what I always struggled with when I had a new baby. You've inspired me to help my daughter get well stocked with ready made food before her first little one arrives.
If you haven’t had bone broth hot chocolate, it’s so good and feels so nourishing. I just do homemade cocoa mix, and half bone broth half milk (could use plant milk). You don’t taste the bone broth at all but it makes the cocoa so filling.
Amazing how many things we can make homemade, take time ,but is worthed. How bless is your family, you are so hard working woman. Have a bless weekend.
Loved this video, we also would only buy the processed cereals for Christmas Day. For the marshmallows you could try coconut sugar or rapadura sugar. Organic gelatin is great for gut health and your immune system.
Always look forward to your videos. I can't wait to start my seeds and get back in the garden. I also can't wait to see what you'll be growing in your new high tunnel. Are you going to grow any new vegetables this year? Have an awesome day❤
Hi! About the honey flavor taking over in the homemade marshmallows. There is a huge variation of how much and how sweet honey can taste. You might want to try with a spring honey that isn´t as sweet (or as dark) as one from late summer.
Love this and just the motivation I needed to do some of it myself! I’m going to try the maple syrup marshmallows today! I did the hone and agree it was a bit to strong of a honey flavor for us!
Homemade marshmallows are something I've been wanting to make as well. I also have on my list are some mixes to have pre-made for convenience, and also because they will be healthier than what I can get at the store.
Hi Becky, I’m curious to know what the temperature inside your high tunnels is in the snow. Also do you use greenhouse heaters inside of them? Wishing you all the best with your delivery and looking forward to seeing your new little one soon 💜
I couldn’t find the biscuit recipe on your website. Do you have that one available? Or is that one you said you would get out in the future? I would love to try that! That sounds so awesome having biscuits on hand in the freezer!
Nice pantry inspirations! I found the same thing with using honey in marshmallows. I will try maple syrup too. What is the brand of the immersion blender? Or do you have a link? It looks like a sturdy one. Many blessings for your birthing time. ❤
I once made marshmallows from honey, didn't overcook it, and it still tasted overpoweringly of honey. No one would eat it. Try adding powdered coconut cream in addition to coconut milk powder to your hot chocolate mix.
We don’t like marshmallows made with honey, even if it’s bought from the store. I don’t think the honey flavor was strong because you cooked it too long, it’s just how they taste when made with honey.
Braggs apple cider vinegar is now using Apeel apples… the apples created by bill gates with a synthetic coating on the apples… it’s best to switch to a different brand instead of braggs
I know you have a delecate tummy which is why you grow your own foor mostly so I thought I'd shate this with you. I watch a lot of vegan van lifers and off grid folks and this has only come up a few times but I figure once for this is too much. There was a gal, a xan lifer who was out of almond milk and her epsd. was all about how she procesed her own foods like almond milk but in this one she said she bought a bag of diamond almonds and did what she normally did to make her milk but as she was about to drink a small glass, she noticed a smell she hadnt smelt before so she poured it back, set that batch aside and drive to a place that had a different kind of almonds, the kind she nomally used and made a ne batch of milk only to find the smell gone. Curiusely she made some calls and found that blue diamond uses jet fuel in very7 small amounts as a preservitive. She smelt patrollium in the first batch of milk. So maybe you should do a ;ittle exparament and see if your almonds have that funny smell and if it does........
Jessica @threerivershomeestead has a great marshmallow recipe, i do half honey half maple syrup and i don't use my raw honey, I'm cooking it and raw honey tends to have a stronger flavor.

Hard working mama and family ! We admire your discipline and work ❤
I really like that you use measurements so it is easier to replicate your recipes! It looks yummy!
I love all these ideas! Such an empowering feeling to have healthy pantry foods.
I love that you have a nice clean and clutter free kitchen.
Every time I watch you, I get inspired by something - so happy to be subscribed for your wonderful videos.

For the marshmallows, lyle’s Goldrn Syrup works really well.

That’s a great immersion blender. I hope you enjoy it!

Your farm looks so beautiful covered in snow.
Try mashing up banana and add to the sweetener for the granola....omg so good!
I am so excited about these recipes!
Thank You for the recipes!!! 😃💃🏼I’m so doing these - not pregnant but nice for busy or 😉 lazy days👍🏼

We had almost 9” of snow in north central Arkansas! I’m going to try making my own mayonnaise, thank you for that inspiration. God bless!
Such a helpful video, Becky, I am going to use your biscuit making tips!
Hi!

We just have our grab and cook pantry! Makes meals so much easier! So that I can make healthy foods fast
Honey marshmallows might be good in a cup of tea? Always love watching your videos, Becky! Praying for a healthy birth and baby.
Like a London fog!
What a treat for the kids to come in for some hot chocolate and marshmallows. You are a great mom!!! Rest up for the new baby!!!!

Hi Becky, I’m curious to know what the temperature inside your high tunnels is in the snow. Also do you use greenhouse heaters inside of them?
Wishing you all the best with your delivery and looking forward to seeing your new little one soon 💜
You are so efficient ❤
Oh I am really looking forward to trying all of these! Can you make the oatmeal and use dehydrated fruits instead of the freeze dried?
So when is your cookbook coming out?
Love your content is it possible too have the hot coco mix recipe ?
Such an inspiration!
You ( and your family) are amazing. Earth mothers need breaks sometimes too. Be easy on yourself and hope your birthing is easy too.
Wondered if I could make a pumpkin powder! I sprinkle it on my dog’s food. The pumpkin pancakes look wonderful.
Great video!
To flatten your granola, try putting an empty (same size) tray on top and pressing down.
With all this stuff , do you meal plan?? I would be overwhelmed.
I couldn’t find the biscuit recipe on your website. Do you have that one available? Or is that one you said you would get out in the future? I would love to try that! That sounds so awesome having biscuits on hand in the freezer!
Would SOOO love your recipes!
I have a few linked in the video description!
Beautiful!
Enjoyed the video 😊
You should add some of your freeze dried pumpkin and spices to your marshmallows next time!!
Also, how many quarts is the giant bowl you use ?
Have tried making the batter with applesauce?
Beautiful 🥰
Do you think there will ever be a Seasonal Homestead how-to book?
🎉yay I have been waiting on your video!! 💖💖😊
Love your channel! What color did you use for your interior walls? Love the open layout
Of your home and how simple it is!
Thanks! Walls are Benjamin Moore white dove.
Yum! Great idea! May I ask where did you get your large mixing bowl?
Nice pantry inspirations! I found the same thing with using honey in marshmallows. I will try maple syrup too. What is the brand of the immersion blender? Or do you have a link? It looks like a sturdy one. Many blessings for your birthing time. ❤
For the peanut butter did you have to rest the food processor at all? Did the motor handle it ok or did it heat up?
Becky I was wondering where you got your large stainless steel bowl?
Amazing!!!
Yay another video!😊
Do you find the squash powder rehydrates from the air during storage? Or are you vacuum sealing the jar in between making pancakes?
I once made marshmallows from honey, didn't overcook it, and it still tasted overpoweringly of honey. No one would eat it. Try adding powdered coconut cream in addition to coconut milk powder to your hot chocolate mix.
Whered your moisture come from in your peanut butter?
Just the natural oils within the nuts!
You are so magical ❤
Can I ask which vacuum sealer you have?
God bless You.❤️🙏
What are ‘biscuits’? I’m Australian and trying to decide what they are 😊
Do you have your coffee (hot cocoa) mugs for sale?
It’s gonna taste like honey. Honey has a flavor beyond Just being sweet.
Watching from philippines
I am surprised there is no baby yet, hope you are feeling ok!!
We don’t like marshmallows made with honey, even if it’s bought from the store. I don’t think the honey flavor was strong because you cooked it too long, it’s just how they taste when made with honey.

Doesn't cooking honey ruin the nutritional value of honey?
Thanks. Blessed 2025.
Check out Giselle Waldner for her homemade marshmallows, she doesn't cook the honey, the recipe is under community.
Not seeing cocoa recipe.
❤
Wait is that Mayo raw egg??? What about salmonella??
May your birth be easy and joyous

Your property is so beautiful.
