You should start keeping track of your dollar to mile ratio like if you make $120 in a day and you drove 80 that’s $1.50 per mile which is probably about where you wanna be at for your market
I try to only take orders @ $3/mile to be at $1.50 with the return trip. But yes, I'll start resetting my trip odometer daily for a more accurate account.
I don't take anything back to the exact spot. If the customer cancels cold item or not. It gets left on the closest shelf regardless where I am in a store. Time is money and we already don't get pay enough for our time.
If your Tahoe overheats, get them to bleed the coolant lines. If you have a blown head gasket (like my old gmc suv has) it'll build up pressure in the lines over time and make it over heat.

You don't have to take any rejected item back. You can just give it to the employee at the self-check out.
Yeah, I run back anything cold. But everything else goes to the "go back" bins at checkout.

My mechanic bled the lines when he replaced the water pump. No more issues! Hopefully we're done with car troubles for a while.
