  • Day4 :
    Eat a yummy breakfast (I had 1/2 cup oatmeal, date syrup, Plant Protein Powder (use discount code: 4cafit at purchase - gettrusupps.co..., flax & chia seeds, almonds and cocoa nibs
    Fill 64oz water bottle with lemon and cucumber
    Warm up: Go for 1mile walk under 17min
    10min full Body stretch
    30min Leg Day
    3sets: 30sec of each: Frog Pumps, fire hydrants, Glute Bridges
    3sets: 30sec of each using light fabric resistance band: Squat, Seated Abductions, Kneeling Kickbacks
    3sets 30sec on 10sec off Ab circuit #3: -- Sit up, slow release - Cross reach ups - Heel touches - Flutter Kicks
    10min cool down stretch
    Drink yummy green smoothie (kale, flax seed, chia seed, pineapple, mango, and banana)
