I'm pretty sure if they didn't fake the test run on Nevada Highway SSC Tautara would have hit 310+ mph or 500+ km/h
They had very long road almost 10 miles or 16 km/h of straight road
They faked the first run 532 km/h 330 mph was a fake run
295 mph 474 km/h is real run
the Y-zero section of the jesko doesnt cut through air like the Tuatara does.
Tuatara not running full boost till half of 7th gear.
SSC Tautara is boosted by gear maximum power available in 6th and 7th gear
I can't help but wonder why people take these comparisons so seriously and have the need to find a "winner" rather than just something entertaining and interesting. Especially so when the same people doesn't seem to be considering the difference when it comes to homologation and wether gear setup/final drive is in a production spec or test spec.

SSC Tautara is faster from 180-260 mph apart from gearshifts
200-250 mph Tautara is faster it lost when shifted at 245 mph still catches up at 255 mph

By the way Jesko driver wasn't trying topspeed. Can be the reason it didn't pull so hard around 400km/h.

Race 1: Jesko wins 410 vs 392 km/h Rolling start from 160 km/h. Race 2: Jesko wins 400 vs. 393..... Race 3: Tie as both cars reach 411 km/h. Jesko driver lets off the gas pedal, approximately at 410 km/h. Tuatara has a slow gearbox and is NOT street legal. Epic fail. No air-bags either LOL
