I have purchased those hooks from Temu (among other things), there are 150 hooks and I think I still have about 135 left, they don't break. I will probably have them for years. Nice video

I hope you reconsider Teemu as a sponsor. I live in Chicago and a couple weeks ago the channel 5 news was telling people to remove the app from your phones and computers immediately. They also said to check with the better business bureau because there have been a lot of complaints against this company. Bad delivery times and bad quality products. Just thought I’d share this with you.

Friendly heads-up to folks: Temu does not use much, if any, protection inside the packaging. Ordered a rod? Oh, those guides will be *toast*. Lures come in pretty much okay. Hooks might be crap, but usually they're fine. I have bought around 70 or so lures from them. There've been about 4 complete duds. How much did I spend? Less than $50. I'm okay with that.
You should have more research before partnering with Temu, lots of complaints with the BBB and may have opened all your financial info thru the app.
Should definitely give it a try fly fishing for those carp. Probably be an awesome fight!
Dog food for the fish trap. Hot dogs for bait. Put them in a plastic bag with Red Kool Aid, sit for a few hours. the liguid in the dogs will mix with the Kool Aid power. it is sticky though, but is works fine.

Drum is a trash fish. They make great meat cause the meat is so tough, stays on the hook great and is super oily and smelly. Blues love them!! Keep making great content 🤟
When using super lite line palomar knot is king. Uni is super weak on lite line. Come on lake fork guy! Ive been fishing ponds and creeks my entire childhood. I figured that out like 20 years ago. Especially living in the rockies for 5 years. Palomar knot is the go to for super fine line.

That rod is like a tenkara rod. If you google it, there's a specific kind of knot they use to tie a leader to the tip of one of those.

I got a bunch of cheap stuff from Temu. So far it all work great. Ear phones, blue tooth, multi charge outlets and cables. I did get a cheap slingshot, works but not the laser.
Those are basically Pompano rigs you made with the floats. Great for surf fishing for all kinds of species

I've used temu for awhile now and I love it. It'll get you in trouble tho if you're on a budget. You kinda lose site of how much you're spend. Then oops you went over.
Get a fly reel with a good drag if you plan to target carp...they take serious drag-burning runs similar to saltwater fish.

My Father-in-law is a rural route carrier by Traverse City and they call Temu packages, pumpkins there.
Also you should do more striper fishing on texoma, I live on lake texoma and love that you fish in the area I’m in!
bait for your minnow trap. Pack of pantyhose, pack of canned biscuits. Cut a piece of the pantyhose about two or three inches long. Place a biscuit in the section of pantyhose. bunch the panty hose around the biscuit. Tie with a piece of string. Tie the other end of the four inch long string to about middle of trap. Works great in creeks and streams,lakes for minnows and crawdads.

If your going for crappie bait that trap is good but if you want good sized bluegill get a pinfish trap

Also my brother in law taught me a trick with the bait such as shad and or blue gill, he would take his filet knife and make a slice on each side ( similar to a filet, but leave it all attached) and you wouldn't believe the difference in hook up's.

I support your temu sponsorship. It gives a bit of insight to anglers with limited budgets, or wanting to try something new without dropping a bankrupting amount. Not to mention everyone bashing it being Chinese, don’t understand that half the products are American e-commerce stores, or products by American companies contracted out by Asian manufacturers, much like the rest of the items already in their household. Keep it up man, dig this.

Ya gotta know what to get from Temu, hooks, swivels, weights, jig heads, some soft plastics, and some hard baits are really solid, rods and reels are generally junk, but it’s cheap for some stuff

Worse than just compromised, they were created as part of China's surveillance program. The app you download is spyware that steals files, data, pictures, etc. from your device and sends it to China's government to be used in their military surveillance program, 99% of the goods they sell are counterfeit and made in sweatshops by child and slave labor.
