Hey, everybody! Smalls has dropped a...nevermind...it's a Temu vid.
The lure weight just an information for the user.. example u use a rod with lure weight 7g to 20g but u are using 30g lure so u have to be careful when u want to throw it because the maximum bait weight capacity the rod can hold and not break is 20g... If u use a lure that weights more than the set weight you need to be more careful so that the rod does not break easily...
But in America that info is in ounces and pounds

I'm surprised y'all don't get the fishing snaps to make the lure changes easier and quicker. Y'all get such a variety of of lures and having to change them and retire them is such a hassle. When ever I fish I always use the snaps that way the weight is always there and the lure can be changed easily Everytime. 😁
A definite big bass has to break in that boat, you do an amazing job with all your videos and this one was one of the best. I’ve never owned a boat but dream of one day having one even if I buy one and restore it now knowing boats are work maybe I will enjoy it more after restoring a boat, thanks for all your videos and God bless you and family and keep up the great work. Living in Oklahoma, rooster tails are my go to. I’ve caught bass, crappie, perch, bluegill and even catfish with them. Definitely my favorite lures to use.

I've been catching 4 and 5 lbers this fall on a med light fast tip! Needed something to throw the ned and it did the trick as the water cooled off. Open up that drag and let her breathe! Too much fun!

I'd got glue/super glue or both all of them sections. I buy a lot of Temu tackle reels. Rods? Errr? Kinda don't like due to all the sections as I don't even like 2 piece one is always far better but? It is due STRICTLY because of shipping purposes so I get it. One piece even two piece rods are far harder to ship.

Hell, yes got to love it when these two are making a video together. "Spool Tension Knob" LMAO so hard when AYO backlashed, I did the same with a Temo reel first cast, set brakes to the middle, blew up bigger than AYO's came home cut it out. Unfortunately the reel I got I need to have it on full brakes. Another 🔥Smalls 👍

you guys can be team bass and team bluegill. ill be team catfish. love catching and eating catfish. most of my rods are comical meaning that they have oversized reels. example is a Zebco Dock Demon 2.5' rod with a Penn Pursuit4 6000, 80lb braid and 6/0 circle hook.
Finally, someone who shares my love of panfish.
Oh, and it's pronounced Sougayilang.
I've got a couple of their collapsable rod/reel combos. I wouldn't use them for monster fish or large bass, but just to keep in the work van in case I need to kill some time between appointments? Can't be beat, really. Haven't broken one yet, and if I do, they are cheap enough that I made enough money to buy another while I was fishing.

@@fishingwithsmalls 👍👍 I hear ya . this past weekend we set a few limb lines for catfish out on the Ocmulgee and the Altamaha then we hunted the morning time and then went to check lines after lunch . We caught a few the biggest was a 25lb flat head. We do fish where the three rivers meet too sometimes.. I’m 45 with a bad back not as young as I use to be so we don’t set out a lot of lines we just set where we grew up setting them .. Keep doing what ya do . We enjoy watching ya videos 👍👍👍👍

@@fishingwithsmalls Yes Sir it does I seen 5 pounders . Biggest I seen was 6.5 lbs my Nephew caught this past summer on a white crank bait . Just shy of the record which is 7.8 for the Ocmulgee. But also good Large mouth, stripers and see a few Hybrid. But where the rivers meet is best spot for stripers .. Just have to be careful current gets rough there sometimes

You want big bluegill you need to check out this glacial pond in extreme south central North Dakota just north of Lemmon SD.... biggest I've ever caught i mean shocking Girthy
all the rods I own have the wait of the lure on them (Berkley's, Abu Garcia's, Shimano's), that is normal, BTW metric system it's way better for mesurments, it's more precise you don't got halfs, quarters and eight's of an Inch

I bought alot of fishing stuff on temu. Ive only been dissappinted once or 2x. I bought a fishing backpack its extremely small my son in preschool has a bigger backpack. And one box of terminal tackle. They literally threw all the hooks and stuff together in the box and shipped it. Once it arrived everything was in a tremendous ball in the box.
"Reel tension knob" is also a key adjustment when using BC reels. Along with breaking internal,external or both sometimes. It gets quite complicated in some cases.
Man, Smalls, at just over 25 minutes, when you get the twist in your bale, you loosened your drag and started stripping line. It hought, I'm glad he's showing that. Then, you gave instruction on it, which is even better. I see people flip their bale all the time and it just makes it so much worse. Glad you pointed that out. Although, you lost a little points when you said 'unloosen your drag.' haha ;) Great job, man, I'm loving your content. Glad I found your channel. AYO, Norm, and Gravy are really great guys, glad to see you have your own channel. You are very good on camera, you feel at ease, and you have great commentary. You're going to do very well :)

Most European rods have a max casting weight on the rod blank. U would get a bit of a shock fishing in Europe..... compared to the USA.
America, the only country that refuses to give in to peer pressure of the metric system... I live 10 min from the USA in Canada so I have to know standard and the metric system. Whole lotta numbers up in my head!

I finally gota day off work,went fishing, second cast backlash, cut it out, no worries. A few casts later another, cut it out ....this happened four of five more times, then the mother backlash to end all fishing. Had to leave to get more line at the nearest store.. i was so angry i bought a new spinning combo. That reel hasn't been touched since.
Careful one of my ancestors died inhaling a needle. Though another got struck by lightning while riding his horse , and another by washing their hair in the sink (smacked their head on the facet so hard they went unconscious) and my great uncle drown in 2 inches of water so maybe we’re just unlucky and dumb
