Since no one else has said it… all the banners across the bottom of the screen said the same thing, “Dissolved oxygen can become depleted by bacteria feeding on dead plant matter.” I’m sure LFG intended on these all being different. I like the concept
Great video! Some of my favorite ones are when you're in the mountains doing the catch and cooks for trout. Glad to see You're putting out inline spinners and ultra light rods 👍🏼
wishing you a very goodnight really enjoying your videos so much glad to see this one come up love trout fishing love to you frome enjoy the little things in life with paul
Wow, watching this makes me miss my dad all the more...we used to go trout fishing the White River in northern Arkansas for years and years...thanks for the memories!!
Another great video. I plan to really try to get into some trout fishing this year. I'm gonna try and make it down there at some point this winter, never really trout fished the Blue.
You were talking about indicators.... put a few bright colored corkies and some tooth picks in your fly box. Those corkies make a great strike indicator in a pinch. You can slide the corky on your leader and tippit then use the toothpick to secure it by sticking the toothpick in the hole in the corky.
That was one piece of advice my papa always taught my younger cousins and I when we were duck hunting. If youre going to be wading around, especially in swampy waters that have ruts from beavers swimming through, always bring a walking stick at least your height. That way you can feel ahead for any sudden drop offs that may be well over your head
Double bodum French press makes a really nice cup of coffee for three people in one shot. But you have to boil the water. Crazy how much amperage that coffee maker pulls.
Love the Blue River! Trout season coming up! Gotta hit up Scotty’s Blue River One Stop and tell Jason you want a Super Duper breakfast sandwich! Hit me up when you come to Blue River. RVRBNX
Only question I have modern fly rods better than the old octagon bamboo rods, had one from my grandpa that was bream fishing and a grass pike snapped it at the hilt. Does the modern fly rod hold up to violent aggressive fish like modern fiberglass cane poles? I know my leader should have broke before my rod using 2 lb mono but being that old just snapped.
Modern fly rods are much more durable than classic bamboo rods. The trick is to make sure you're fishing an appropriate weight rod for the size fly you're fishing and the fish you're targeting. For a grass pike (pickerel?) I'd use a 6wt at a minimum and probably a 7wt would be most appropriate for the streamers and poppers you'd be fishing for them. A cheap amazon rod from Piscifun is a good choice to be used for these fish. I've used one for the last couple years and it's held up well to bass, carp, catfish, and trout.
when are you going to come to ga. and fish lake lanier ? i would like to fish with you and maybe learn a few things ! i have a 1987 ranger 373v boat with a mercury 150 hp. on it
I've fished for a long time but never fly fished.... What kind of setup should I use and line for someone looking to fly fish .. but something I won't have to upgrade after learning
So I'm not around rivers with trout, however, they are going to start stocking some of my local ponds here soon. Was wondering if you had tips on locating and catching stocked ponds in Oklahoma area. I skunked all last year 😔
Carolina rig type set up with a small treble hook and a small piece of floating powerbait that will suspend right off the bottom. Gets them every time.
@@shiny_popcorn an 18-24 inch piece of leader works. 6-8 lb flouro works well. I’m paranoid about leader thickness for trout. There’s no way to guarantee where the fish will be, but think about it this way. The fish were raised in concrete tanks before being dumped in the pond. Anywhere in the pond that might be similar to that environment might attract them.
Let the women drink her americano lol although I just drink bustelo which is just expresso coffee. You should try it if you haven't. Any other coffee you may recommend im always open to trying other coffee

Love the camping and trout fishing vids.
Awesome video and content LFG and Fam 💥💥🇺🇸🇺🇸🎣🎣
I like that stringer.. all the hooks slide like that.
With stockers you can just use corn on a small hook. So if you don’t have much equipment you can still catch them on the cheap.
Hello, Happy Campers🎉🤭.
Nice Trout FF🤣.
I love this 👍.
Enjoy your Holiday 🤗.
JO JO IN VT 💞

I was out there on Sunday! All I caught was a sunfish but it was so pretty. I can’t wait to go try again
Enjoyed the video man! Makes me want to catch a trout!
More trout content Hell ya!!! I'm from central PA and I kill em with spinners all day. I will also sometimes almost jig it.
The producer fly is tied by zach flatt at flatt out fishing they work great at the blue and at medicine park
Double bodum French press makes a really nice cup of coffee for three people in one shot. But you have to boil the water.
Crazy how much amperage that coffee maker pulls.

Are we gonna get an lfd hunting video this year? We missed it last year
They only have stocked trout in KS and MO. I’ve only ever caught trout with a rooster tail.
I’ve done that before with a catfish, only fish I caught that that day so I called it a win. Never hooked the fish.
when are you going to come to ga. and fish lake lanier ? i would like to fish with you and maybe learn a few things ! i have a 1987 ranger 373v boat with a mercury 150 hp. on it
Hey I think that your tips at the bottom of the screen were messed up.
I've fished for a long time but never fly fished.... What kind of setup should I use and line for someone looking to fly fish .. but something I won't have to upgrade after learning
Any way I can know where you are doing this? There aren’t any trout near us!
What is the yellow line that is always on the spinning reels?
What kind of drone do you have?
Gotta love the outdoors

What is a good leader amount. Also, what is a good tip to know what part of the pond they like to hang out at

@nicholasvargas1661 okay cool, thanks I'll try that. I would usually Target either docks or fountains. So I will give the concrete a shot this year
Awesome video. What state are you fishing? I know its not Texas. Lol
Congrats on a million.
SE Oklahoma for this one.
what's the jacket you're wearing at the end of the video?
Have you ever tried fishing with 2lb line for trout? That’s all we use out here in socal 🤙🏼
Is it ORG or OSG ? And what does it mean? Thanks for the videos. Love the kids, they are adorable.
OSG, Ocean Spoon Girl. Its the name of her channel, and opposite words of Lake Fork Guy.
Shark tank idea if it dosen't already exist. Wireless Fish finder smart watch large screen display.
Does org have a pobox
Smash the like button for the gorgeous fall leaf color reflection off the glass stream! It is distracting indeed
What chest pack is that?
Espresso and water is an americano
mmm. Government trout 😂 They love corn flavored dough bait. That's what they are fed most of their life.
If that drag was loose they wouldn't have leverage to shake the hook out. Even though they're small let them have some line bro.
Let the women drink her americano lol although I just drink bustelo which is just expresso coffee. You should try it if you haven't. Any other coffee you may recommend im always open to trying other coffee
The Bbbbblllllluuuuuueeeeeee
Which river is this? guadalupe?
Blue River in SE Oklahoma. Beautiful place with great fishing. I made a video here recently.
Indicators aren’t necessary strip line
Come to Oregon, you could get 8 trout in 8 minutes…
Dude ....can you not do a "lake fork guy" series of knives?? Or does it all have to be googan 😢
First
London plane tree
dissolved oxygen!!!
Don't know if it's already been mentioned, but your pop-up tips all contain the same information, regarding dissolved oxygen.
I don't care much for fly fishing I like regular fishing better
