Thank you! This is really very helpful. I'm grateful for your videos. What is in your airbrush container? Diluted hardground? Can I use normal spraypaint? Thank you!

I use a 50/50 mixture of Liquitex Soft Body acrylic paint (black) and something called "Z*Acryl Acrylic Hardground Emulsion". Possibly 40-60 to keep the mix thin enough to flow through the Paasche H Airbrush. The Z*Acryl is no longer being manufactured, and I have been doing tests where I replace it with the same amount of "Future Floor Polish" aka "Pledge Floor Gloss", which is an acrylic floor polish/protectant/shine that can be found at hardware stores. It works perfectly, but because it is clear, I have had to adjust my expectations for how dark the paint mix will look on the plate after spraying.
I would stay away from conventional solvent liquid hardground, since you really don't want that stuff airborn and in your lungs and eyes. Spray paint, right out of a can works, but it requires gross solvents to remove it. Good luck!

@@professortruszkowski Thank you so much! I'm grateful for your kind response and generosity. I'm in Germany. I'll have to see if I can find something adequate.

Have you used Acrylic Aquatint Spray- I can't get mine to flow consistently and curious if I should dilute with water or alcohol.
