This is great! Also Inej's a religious girl, her knives are named after Saints and even if murder and death is a "common thing" in Ketterdam and even for the other characters, Inej is the one you identify with, she's real, she cried a whole night when she made her first kill. She is the Wraith, she went from disappearing into her own mind at the Menagerie to disappearing into the shadows of Ketterdam- but now she was feared for it. Inej is almost as traumatized as Kaz is, like him she doesn't want to be touched, but for different reasons. She is resilient and strong but she is also real, she fails, she judges and she prays for her saints to forgive her in the end.
She's a brilliantly written character and my favorite.
