    1. Stay hydrated ( drink 1 litre water before 1 hour of running)
    2. Take orange juice or vitamin C tablet 2 times a day .
    3. Take magnesium rich food( banana)
    4. Strech properly before and after running.
    5. Take less recovery sessions once a week ( restless session )
    6. Massage your body 2 times a week properly.

    Bro barefoot running start ki hai. Shoes ke sath 3.5 km bhaag leta hu. Nange pair 1 km bhi nahi bhaga jaata aur dard bhi bahot hota hai. Koi suggestion do.
