I always felt like the way the gripper makes your wrist bend back was not good for armwrestling. Thanks for the insight! I have a question: even with your method of using grippers, how do you feel this strength carries over to the table? As in, in what situation would we see benefits from this?
İ am not a believer of squeezing, i am a believer of handling solidness. But if hand gripper is going to be used then it needs to be used properly. But in anyways finger tips need to be trained ether with gripper or something else
I actually flip mine upside down and only use index and middle finger. I find pinky and ring finger getting developed along with supernation the way u setup. My setup focuses index and middle with pronation strengthening which for me is far better for arm wrestling.

Say correct application to table is applied, what would you rate from most important? Also, I dont know if I should be doing hammer curls, or ez bar curls like you see all these big europeans doing. I dont udnerstand how they play a role on table.
By doing table time you will transfer all your power to the table for sure but you may be missing somethings that lifting can give you. Also dynamic exercises will keep you healthier as table time is mostly static and puts so much pressure on your joints. You can do general none specific gym training + table

I started using finger tips to close the gripper. It's much harder than using entire finger... If you bend wrist while closing, it's a real challenge.
