great video.. I almost bought the Yoder but the place I went to sold out right before I got there. I ended up with a Memphis. Subscribed. Keep the videos coming.

Lone Star was rolling smoke every time I saw it in the video. Did not see much coming from the yoder. What mode did you have the yoder in I see they have a plus minus 5 and and 25 mode

Could you do a comparison video on the smoker performance? Which one heats up faster, more steady temp, cooking chamber temp versus what the temp is set at, etc. Thanks.

Dead broke bbq has a video that discusses that some, I think it was his first cool video.
The lsg intentionally has temp swings built in to ctreat different types of smoke to better replicate the action of an offset.

Very cool video Joe! I've never cooked on the Yoder, but I can tell you....If the Lone Star Grillz Pellet smoker cooks anything like my Lone Star Grillz 20x36 offset, that pork butt was Fantastic!! It looked like a tie to me too! Both looked great! 👌🤤 Good job!👍 Cheers Brother!! 🍻🍻👍🔥😎

@@19Clutch69 my Yoder will have light blue smoke the whole time it is on at 150 and lumberjack pellets. Just sold my gmg today which seem to produce a heavier smoke profile than the Yoder.
