On the waitlist! Counting down until I can order one! You’ve managed to get everything I like in various cookers in one. Amazing!
On the wait list lol 11 to 13 weeks to go can't wait!!! Looking forward to having it. Thanks for all the help
Made my first brisket with this method for Christmas 2023 and what a hit. Cooked it for 24 hours total, was a large piece of meat. Was mouth watering and wonderful. Thanks Lonestargrillz.
That is the best video on your pellet smoker to date, love it
Glad you enjoyed it
Being able to program multiple cook temps, makes a long cook like a brisket extremely easier. I often put off cooking brisket because it is so time consuming, but this ability makes a huge difference. That was one very juicy brisket Chris!
Very true!
Thank you Chris and Lonestargrillz. Looking forward for my # to pop up.
Wanted one of your stick burners for some time now, but like you demonstrated today this works for working people during the week.
I love my stick burner but its not for every occasion or for every family. This fits a lot of folks lifestyles without sacrificing quality.
Would love to see a video covering how long it takes to get to temp and using the sear plate setup. This may be the first pellet grill with basically all the features. Looking very nice.
Wow 😮 exactly the video I’ve been waiting for Thanks Chris 👍🏻 I put my order in already and can’t wait to get it so I can put her to work and see if I can get a brisket like that one! Nice job 👍🏻
Glad you liked it.
I was looking at getting a Yoder or a pitts & spitt tell I came across the lone star grillz pellet grill a couple of mouths ago, Now I’m on the waiting list, it looks like it’s superior to the competition and think it’ll be well worth the wait!
Great video Chris!!So many ways to bbq a brisket!! You nailed this!! Bet it was phenomenal 😋😋😋
This is awesome! That’s some juicy brisket. Looks like I’m going to have to add to my arsenal! Chris makes it look so easy lol. Great job!! I am really interested in this pellet smoker now! Wow. I’m going to need to make some more room in my garage!
I gotta say at this point, I don't know if I should keep watching these for now... I'm still waiting for my grill and it's driving me crazy... Can't wait!
The brisket looks great and I really like the step temp cooking method and how easy it is! Looking forward to seeing the ribeye reverse seared, hopefully utilizing direct searing capability as I am not too far down the list. I think LSG will be raising the bar for pellet cookers going forward.
This is my dream smoker, maybe Santa will be good to me this year. Else I’ll have to sneak this past wifey.
OH GOODNESS!! That brisket did look like it came off a stick burner! Now you got me thinking Chris.. I may need to order one of them once my 20x42 gets here. love how versatile this pit is and that fireboard controller..WOW!
Yes its extremely versatile.
Yes!! Finally the Pellet Grill in Action !!! Oh how I want one now!
Next video is Rib eyed steak reversed seared.
Really excited to get mine!!
Getting close!
Can’t wait till my 20x42 shows up!
Chris how many times did you have to refill the pellet hopper?
Hey Chris, what size is the smoker you're cooking on?
I've been waiting for the green light for mine for a while now. The whole waiting list is no joke. It's taking forever for my number to be up.
It is worth the wait.
@@fourpressmedia2674 How long have you had yours?
@@billbryant1288 I have had the 20x42 stick burner since April, 2020. I waited 10 weeks and it has been worth every penny.
@@fourpressmedia2674 Thanks for the clarification. I thought you meant you already have the pellet smoker.
How much additional pellets did you add????
Any video of setting of your wifi to LSG Pellet grill?
I hope you understand some people, including me ,check u tube everyday for a new video on this grill , I'm obsessed, it's not a healthy situation
Working on a reversed seared steak tonight if it doesn't rain and all so got a cold smoked cheese video in the works.
@@lonestargrillz yay
Why did you cut with the grain on the point?
Do you guys ship to Canada?
Amazing and the best pellet grill bar none on the market!!!
You got that right!
I've got to try this process on my LSG Pellet smoker. Brisket prices be damned lol
Chris, did you replenish the pellet supply when you left for work in the morning?
No I didnt, I dont remember exactly how much it used. If I had to guess I would say there was about 10 lbs left once the cook was completely done.
can you use the same device on your mini IVS to change the cooker temp based on the brisket internal temps?
Yes you can with the Fireboard.
@@lonestargrillz That's awesome! I just have to find room in the backyard for one. Good bye BGE!
Chris, what pellet brand did you use for this cook?
BBQ delight, oak
how many briskets can i fit on the 36? Im torn between the 36 or the 42 just using for family no competition
2-3 on the bottom rack and 1-2 on the top rack. Just depends on the size of the brisket.
On waiting list also. Can't wait till my number is called.
Yeah boys my order is in. Can't wait.
Just ordered mine today. I can't wait to make everyone fat and happy.
I am smack in the middle of building a house in sturgeon missouri with completion date of December. It will kill me to wait that long to order 1
Cant wait to get one in your hands.
I am sold! Do you have any in stock?
Currently built to order
@@lonestargrillz if I order tomorrow how long will it take ?
@@lonestargrillz built to order? What if we’ve been on the waiting list for months?
Nice but I would have expected more of a smoke ring. 😊
The two most important questions are (1) does the heat/smoke flow over the top of the brisket or underneath the brisket? And (2) is the fat properly rendered on the fat cap of the brisket? If the heat/smoke doesn’t flow over the top it will never render the fat properly. The placement of the exit hole for the smokestack concerns me. I’m sure you folks have done test to see how the air flows inside this smoker but the only way to cook a perfect brisket is for the air to flow over the top of the meat with the fat cap on top.
In the pellet smoker the air circulates all around the the items in the cooker both from top and bottom.
Las “BBQ” son de graaan calidad, pero.. no la están publicitando bien, y no parece muy tierno ni tiene muy buen color el brisket. Vendría bien un bueeen parrillero ej; Pitmaster X
Please match the quality of the audio to the quality of the smokers! Get a better mic!
He's a BBQ-er not a DJ🙄
It might have been an easy cook but that did not look like it turned out well. The fat didn’t look rendered properly and wasn’t tender at all. It’s worth the time to cook multiple briskets on the weekend and do it right, and then eat it all week, instead of this.
Go get a cheap as# Traeger then.
