Thank you for all of these updates. Starting my Orilissa soon and I’m extremely nervous. My endometriosis is so painful I’m hoping these side effects are worth it. You’re amazing thank you so much for this info!!

Jen B I’m so glad to hear that this was helpful. It can be kinda Anxiety inducing to start a new medication. But just make sure that you’re in constant communication with your doctor. It’s so important that you let him know what’s going on and if you’re having any really bad sometimes. Then they can suggest other options or maybe a dress dose.

I think the worst is the constipation. I agree I love cbd oil . And not eating meat and diary and vegan I thought it would be hard but it’s not .

I hated pelvic floor therapy. Having someone's finger down there, telling you how to breathe to relax your muscles down there. Do you feel any difference with it? Also why are they starting you so low on the Orlissa - they have me starting at the 200 mg.

itzmocha I was really uncomfortable with pelvic floor therapy at first but it did start to help me. It took me until the 4th appointing to feel comfortable and start seeing progress. I think it mostly improved my ability to pee comfortably. I really had to stick with it and do the exercises the told me to at home though. It was a lot of work... They started me low on the ORILISSA because I had had bad reactions to hormonal drugs in the past and my doctor tends to start on a lower dose and increase. I’m glad I started lower because even with the small dose I had a lot of symptoms. I just got my survey and I’m hoping to go off the ORILISSA soon because I have been feeling sick on it lately.

@@Greer_and_Ian Wishing you good/positive vibes. Just be very careful and follow through after the laparoscopy. My doctor didn't remove anything but diagnosed that I had endometriosis. So years later I felt like crap going through doctors to listen to me something was wrong. I had surgery last year to remove it and she said it was the most that she'd ever seen. So just please be careful and if something isn't right. Stay persistent. On a brighter note - I bought the book 'Ask Me about my uterus' thanks for the recommendation!
