    i've noticed that:
    1. the inverse of a properly executed feet-elevated push-up is a feet-elevated supine row;
    2. the inverse of a properly executed pull-up is a Handstand push-up (but i prefer to do the standing Arnold Press);
    3. the inverse of a properly executed dip is an inverted shrug, ie the full ROM dip is not a safe exercise. you need to
    reduce the ROM so it becomes nothing but a "dip" shrug.

    1:52 pull up is closed kinetic chain. no worries though.

    What's the optimal grip width for pulling heavy loads? Could you plz explain the breathing techniques?

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 месяца назад +2

      You will find a short about the breathing, grip width best method is trial and error

    If all we have access to is a small chain would you recommend bending the legs so that the feet are against the plates?

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 месяца назад +1

      Just go to the next diy market and buy a longer chain, rope or daisy chain 🙏

    • @WaltMarkson
      @WaltMarkson 4 месяца назад

      @@MichaSchulzThe problem is that some of us have to bend our legs and shorten our chain because we simply don't have enough space under the pull-up bar or the dip station. What would you recommend to do in this case?

    Good evening Micha,
    I wanted to buy the Weighted Belt in your store and my hip circumference is exactly 85cm. I'm now going to put the belt together and it should still fit in L, right?
    I was also thinking about getting the wrist supports, but I already have the Climaqx 7mm supports, does that make a big difference because they look very similar and that's not exactly cheap for me.
    Thank you very much :)

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 месяца назад +2

      L will be good fit 💪🏻
      I don’t know the climaqsx once, but 7mm sleeves will be similar, but a bit less support. So the upgrade will be significant, but not huge 🙏

    Is it the same for chest to bar pull ups and high pull ups or some different path🤔

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 месяца назад

      Not exactly in the same way, as the aim is a bit different, but you will see similar forward movement as you pull back. The more you arch, the less this happens

    So, arch to hollow pull up?

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 месяца назад

      Not really as you don’t arch on purpose when you start to pull, you stay as stacked as possible

      With a small amount of weight no problem, with more weight center of mass gets off
