Added ice cubes to batter, turns out very crispy and kids loved them. I did onion rings with leftover batter too. Very good and thank you for sharing.

Looks decent and easy enough. Only pls next time use a bowl to mix fish or chicken pcs :)
Do I add baking g powder if I don't have self rising flour?
Yes, 1 & 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder per cup of plain flour will make self-raising flour.
