People no console "wins" i own both consoles and play both very frequently. It all boils down to preference. I prefer the PS5s lighting and shadowing over the Xboxs. While i also really like that xbox uses dolby vision. But my PS5 uses HDR10+ great. Honest observation during my own comparison, as i own both consoles and own this game on both consoles. I do notice the Xbox Series X version has some issues with frame drops more often than the PS5 version. Why that is? I believe due to the Xbox Series S being a factor, developers have a harder time optimizing games for 2 different Xbox consoles in the "same generation" but vastly different power levels. Its the only logical reason i can think of for xbox having more issues with performance than the PS5 when on paper its supposed to be more powerful. But as we are all seeing as PS5 and Series X owners is that variable frequency the PS5 has on its cpu, where xbox does not. That in turn actually makes the Ps5 more powerful when it comes to performance.
I've completed the game on series x, recently bought a ps5 and I'm playing it again. Experience is miles better on the ps5. Everything from haptic feedback and noises from the controller. Feels better to shoot and drive too
the xbox series x version has a lot of noise in the image, are they concentrating on the xbox series s version?, the s series dev kit should be separate, as this dev kit may turn off some compute and memory units to do something with series s, this makes me understand that the primary creation console is still series s, so that its sales are not affected, xbox series x is a beast, in the development of many games it is noticeable what does it do with the textures at 4k, but the image I see is the same as the one from the s series but with higher resolution.
ruclips.net/video/-GO90rUei8g/видео.html Please, don't push the like, in digital foundry they recorded this well, I think the problem is some recorders, sorry for my comment, sometimes the technology is not consistent, depending on where they make it, but I have played the game a lot and I have not noticed what I mentioned above, but so that everything is clearer, I leave you the digital foindry video, there you will see that the image of xbox series x is clean (Be careful, I like the content of this channel, that's why I see it every time he uploads a video, stay tuned, since this person puts effort into his comparisons, I hope he doesn't stop).
In Cyberpunk 2077's 60fps performance mode though, there are differences. In three of the four benchmarks, PS5, Xbox Series X and Series S are quite closely matched - with just the sense that the Series X isn't quite as solid with its lock to 60fps. In a fourth benchmark though, the load increases and PlayStation 5 can run at a maximum of 12fps to the better compared to Series X.
That first crime scene I really notice how much less detail is in the PS5 version, the entire background through the glass was just black on PS5. Definitely glad I got an Xbox, the extra power long term will be noticed when companies take advantage of it.
Three things I noticed on the xbox series x. There is clear frame drops, screen tearing in certain scenes, and artifacts in the images as well. I feel like optimization on the xbox was poorly done.
I love XBOX and im an Series X user, (i dont have PS5), but now i saw a lot of caparatives and PS5 has a better FPS rate at 60 than XSX. The Xbox series X version has a lot of fps downs. Anyway the PS5 version has a little less resolution that the Xbox Sx, this could be the solution for XSX best stability.

They showcased this game of Xbox series x bc it’s better, the palm trees move bc of wind. The GPU and resolutions is slightly higher, just overall performance imo.

better on ps5. It seems thinner to me on PS5, there is less blurring effect. And I had the series X until last Monday and Cyberpunk on this version has big flickering problems that I don't find on PS5.

Both versions looks the same, is a nice work from cd projekt, i hope more improvements in the game for the next gen versions

Almost identical. One noticible difference is that palm tree on 05:05 dont have a wind effect on PS5.

What the PS5 doesn't have though is Dolby Vision (providing your television has it too); it beats HDR out of the water.
