    Golden nugget of information 32:56
38:42 surely cycling flat out on a stationary bike would be the next best thing and no doubt would be kinder on the knee joints for the older individual.
35:40 Sean mentions that the youth have a flat stomach, on that statement I would disagree.
From my school days very few had that FLAT stomach, which is kinda shocking knowing what could be happening underneath.
37:58 so true... You can't out run a bad diet, even if you sprint hard.
Thank you for uploading and sharing.

He says that cycling, rowing, etc. All can be used in lieu of sprinting. I use my concept 2 rower. It's a matter of going all out.

This is why I always pick the Health Savings Account plans. I pay out of pocket (out of my savings) and if I remember will submit to the insurance co, (just incase any is actually covered). I purchase the medical care I want...I saved a bit of cash in that account. Massage, acupuncture, Chinese medical and eventually Dr. Sean!!🎉❤🎉❤

As a native omaha woman who can't get an appointment with Dr Seeman because she's so sought after, I'm surprised there aren't more views here.

This is another great source of information & inspiration!!

I totally agree about the insurance thing. People look at me cross-eyed when I tell them you should be spending $5,000 a year minimum out of pocket on your health
