I went keto and only after 3 months, not that i lost 12kgs, my appeance transformed that in my mid 40s, everyone would say i hardly looked mid 20s!!! My brain functions better than when i was early 20s. My mood is stable and always feel positive and inspired! I forgot to mention that my hair grow now, after my whole life suffering hair loss, my period comes on the dot, and ah, no bugs bite :-), so many other positive changes.... I love keto and fasting life, my life changed!

Despite viewer comments on previous presentations etc the quality of slide presentation to the RUclips community remains problematic. Please try harder to resolve this issue because it IS frustrating and in simple terms discourages desire to continue to view the channel. Apologies for having to tell it like it is.
Dr O’Mara’s presentation is interesting for the general community and the diminished quality of visuals to support his spoken information needs to be addressed.

Very interesting and enjoyable, especially if I can get away with 5 mins exercise!! I have to wonder though if it’s over simplification. Kenyans have dominated the world of distance running for a long time. African diets are extremely carb heavy and these guys are super lean. I’m 2yrs carnivore and very impressed by health improvements, so I’m glad.

Especially Long distance runners can get rid of visceral fat, if they switch to sprinting. Sean O'Mara has great Videos about that topic 😊

He has very good info. The only disagreement I have is with him saying that the inability to blush means that the person has a diseased vascular system. There are people of all ages who never blush. I suspect that many of them don't have as many large capillaries near the surface of the skin. Also, blushing can decrease because people become less shy as they get older.

    Per the ADA
Diabetes and obesity is caused by insulin resistance which is the build up of animal fats in cells that are not meant to store it. This causes insulin levels to rise and glucose levels in the blood to rise because it cannot enter into the cells. Low carb high fat - Atkins, south each, zone diet, paleo, ketogenic, carnivore, lion. All have the same effect and increase levels on insulin resistance. Excess proteins are hard on Kidneys, liver, cells, and the pancreas

This is an easy narrative for the industry to sell people with half truth's. We are using GMO's to inhibit more growth for food (full of pesticides) to feed animals that consume huge amounts (up to 50 times) more food and water as humans. Then the animals lives in unsanitary petri dishes for their entire existence risking zoonosis transfer. The U of Minn. in 2019 purchased hundred of pounds of a variety of meats from many different markets. The amount of disease found was astounding. Over 90% tested for E.coli, H1N1, H5N1, Covid, bird flu and a host of other pathogens. Yummy stuff!! Hurry and get your cow lactations and antibiotic infested animal flesh before it is too late. Do not forget about all of those great hormones' your ingesting. According to science all of these are doing wonders for the human body. Antibiotic resistance anyone? Antimicrobial disease for dinner please! An industry full of deception and lies in exchange for your health and longevity.
Diabetes and obesity is caused by insulin resistance which is the build up of animal fats in cells that are not meant to store it. This causes insulin levels to rise and glucose levels in the blood to rise because it cannot enter into the cells. That is factual! Are you sure about this nasty phenom? In both humans and animal models, consumption of a high-saturated-fat diet has been linked to vascular dysfunction and cognitive impairments. Laboratory animals provide excellent models for more invasive high-fat-diet-related research. In human epidemiological studies, there is an association between the consumption of an HFD and cognitive impairment, as well as risk of developing neurodegenerative disease. In the population-based prospective Rotterdam Study, which followed non-demented participants aged 55 and older for an average of 2.1 years, increased consumption of total fat, SFAs and cholesterol were associated with a greater incidence of dementia Source: June 2021 National Library of Medicine.
It is simple Livestock Animals are now 15 times the biomass of wild animals and more than double the biomass of humans. Over 30 Billion Terrestrial Vertebrate Livestock? This is a major problem causing species extinction, inequity, and poor health of the planet! 85% of all wild animal biomass is gone forever.... If humans do not get a clue and begin to understand this wholeheartedly we are literally heading towards an biological nightmare which we are witnessing daily now. Next phase will be hotter, more flooding, and bigger diseases with no more eradication methods. We have expended most of our antibiotics for man into animal agriculture to contain disease!! OOPSIE that could potentially be a huge mistake. This is not sustainable on any level. Animal Ag. is the leading cause of disease globally (400 new zoonotic diseases since 1970) and is like playing Russian roulette for animal flesh? The leading cause of climate change, rain forest destruction, land degradation, oppression, exploitation, murder, rape, and Ocean dead zones. Sorry, have we missed the benefits of animal ag.? The most inefficient way to a protein mankind has ever created. Full of saturated fats, lacking in folate, vitamins, and nutrients.
The World Health Organization told the world 14 years ago. Processed meat is a class 1 carcinogen, BEEF a class 2 carcinogen??? Will people ever understand this concept? You may as well smoke 2 packs a day and live on Twinkies (healthier) Low carb high fat diets - Atkins, south each, zone diet, paleo, ketogenic, carnivore, lion. All have the same effect and increase levels on insulin resistance leading to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Less Filling. Tastes Great! Got Fiber? No worries, once your sick the plants create all of these different medicines for your perfect health. There is a reason all of the longest living. healthies communities to ever inhabit the earth are predominately vegan/vegetarian? These is no question about these facts. Why would you spew this garbage to the people? Are you in cahoots with the industry? Drinking cow lactation? Now that is extreme and extremely weird! All of these agencies, studies, and world institutions are behind and way off base? GET A CLUE! @@theskyehiker
