There are so many weird noises in abandoned building. Can you hear what kind of noises in beginning of 03:58 ? I heard that a lot whenever record empty building.
And what about 04:25 is that someone just gasping or crying?

Likely someone crying/ sniffling in hiding for increased ambience and mood to the game, it’s similar in Half Life 2 Ravenholm, where you can occasionally hear people sniffling, screaming, etc
