I have a hayya card but when I head the news that it isn't convertible I couldn't com over and no job was found also

1. No please tourist visas are not convertible by any chance however, if you’re able to find a job with a tourist visa you must exit the country and come back with a working visa which is sponsored by your employer
2.Qatar visas has some limits my dear you can only work here if you’re been sponsored my a company here and that’s the only way
