honestly man, I understand where you're coming from. I maxed in December, and I thought I was finally going to quit the game after 16 years of playing, that was one of my last goals before I could really move on, and here I am, almost 5 months later and i'm still playing. I really want to ease myself off, but it's so hard, I feel like I have too many goals left in the game before I stop playing, and even though I really completed the one goal I wanted to, I never think it's enough. I told myself inferno is going to be one of my last grinds, but I haven't even started TOB, and i'm only 5/12 with cox in 800 kc, idk what to do. I want to ease myself off, but with everything in the world that's going on it's made it increasingly harder. Glad you're happy man. Goodluck in life.
Im actually trying to detach from the game right now. Recently cancelled all my memberships and trying to just not want to play. I feel like I constantly want to play but when I do play its just not fun. Ive accomplished what I want to accomplish and everything else isnt fun. Really I just need something else to do to take up the time I used to spend playing OSRS. Hearing you talk about it even for just these couple minutes has honestly given me a little more motivation to get out and just try not to make OSRS rule my life anymore. Thanks my dude.
good advice, man. ive been using a break in school to focus on trying to improve at the game and beat the inferno - while it's definitely a time sink, it's one i enjoy and i like to see myself improve at the goal, even if it's just a silly game. i'm looking forward to screwing around with group ironman with friends, but once im done with this i'm looking forward to severely limiting how much i play so i can start taking on the goals i've already charted out for myself outside of the game. as much time as i've spent on this game, i think it's one of the few games that have left me with some very real lessons about time management and perseverance that have really helped me get myself in order. thanks for making videos that have been some of the only explanations i've been able to understand when it comes to the more difficult parts of this game, n i wish ya luck on all your future goals, bud :)!

I've also achieved a lot of goals in the last 6 months. The one piece of advice I want to give is to limit the time you play on OSRS and do something with your life. I recently started to play again due to Covid-19 and there's way too many people I see playing 24/7 and not working. If you make it into a "game" the goals you achieve in-game will translate into goals you achieve IRL :). Miss ya buddy

The time ive spent NOT playing this game ive been able to build an amazing online business just with a fraction of the time i wasted on this game. All love out to you man and i hope youre doing much better now. this game is fun but at the end of the day. the time you spend on this game is time spent away from progressing in the real world. next thing you know is 2 years gone, 5 years, 10 years. maybe someone will see this. maybe they wont but if you are reading this ask yourself what have i done with my life, what could i have done more and how is playing runescape going to help you progress further in life.

haha I'll agree with the driving thing, will never text and drive but this was just me having a conversation with the camera, much safer than those other times I'm headbanging to hip hop ;) I'll definitely lurk, watch de0 do some of the new boss and try it once myself. but I won't impose myself in a group ironman team as deadweight, that's just not fair to myself nor the team :(
