How would I assess the damage on a large scale, if I know there has been a good bit of damage but need to know exactly how much?

Well I live in a townhome and it’s the weekend just saw a hole in the wall and found these little suckers. Hope the landlord gets it under control shortly because they don’t respond on weekends. Their money I guess.
