I wish that we had a pest control service that was this thorough. Every company I have called just sprays and leaves. They do nothing to try to figure out the root of the problem or a real solution. This customer is very blessed to have this guy.
So you went straight to drilling holes without looking for the kick holes? (Part of the inspection.) Try looking on the upper frame (facing down) of the window.
It’s easier if you actually locate the source of the swarm and inject termidor foam into the Drywood termite gallery also don’t use caulking on sheet rock walls use joint compound which is meant for sheet rock and tapping a clients painted wood and making scratches come on there’s other techniques
Amazon Termidor dry foam. Find pencil tip size holes and inject the foam. Wear safety gloves and safety Googles. You can drill random holes on the beam to find hidden galleries.
Boracare needs to be applied to none stain/ painted areas. If you want to use Boracare you have to tear the wall apart to exposed studs. Looking at this home it's block. Termidor is the same as Termidor foam. Termidor foam has a foaming addictive.
@@The123utube yeah, I would use a foamer and mix some Pro Foam with termidor and boracare when foaming the wall void so that active termites would come in contact with the Termidor that is designed to bond long term with soil, and the BoraCare which is designed to bond with wood long term to treat the window framing and wall studs in the area and leave long term protection.
Drywood termites require tarped fumigation with Methyl Bromide. I know this video is old but you cant just foam termites and expect it to be solved, Termidor foam doesn't let them live long enough to carry it back to the nest, It will just kill whats there and the rest just piss off to another part of the house.
This is 100% false. There are other methods to treat drywood termites. Local application of termiticides works just fine. Also consider that tenting provides 0% protection to future infestation and only kills (hopefully, no guarantee) what is already there. For preventative treatments you need to use other products that soak into the wood and/or coat the wood, like borates.
Can we regular people buy that Termador spot treatment and do this ourselves? And if this is a Foam, what about insulation behind the wall? If powder, same question. I know with Termador, the termites will take it back to the nest where the queen it located. So if you had found any spots lower towards baseboards, do you drill holes down there and apply this mystery Termador liquid or dust there, too? We were replacing our carpet and the carpet runners were eaten up and spots on the floor. Nothing by window.
Termidor cannot be directly purchased or applied by homeowners. Only licensed pest control professionals who have taken Termidor Certification Training are authorized to purchase and apply Termidor.
