digital is fine especially for something using brand new cards. i like to be able to pause and read the full effect when you scroll over them in the vid. maybe reserve using physical cards for more special or elaborate combos, especially ones with loops; i still think theyre cool to watch
I prefer the dueling book version - it is easier to pause the video and look at the card descriptions in the box. Also, at this stage in growing your brand (not that you need it), it makes more sense to focus on diverse content rather than honing the editing skills. That can come later or be hired.
I think that DB is perfect for everything but, if you have a specific deck profile that you are going through for an event, you should go for the full production value.
I like how there are generic rank 2’s and 7’s that can special summon any level 2 or winged beat from deck but elpy with a restriction using specific zones is too much
Digital is probably easier to make use of so it's fine. You can use actual cards if you want to demonstrate shuffling methods specifically, or sorting methods like "declumping" some people utilize while searching through their deck for specific cards prior to completing a shuffle.
I agree with those who said digital display is good for most scenarios. It's easier and faster and clearer for us to read, even pausing if you don't intend to or forget to read them. BUT if you're doing something with cards you actually intend to play IRL? The added production value would be a nice treat. 👌🏿
Digital is great if it's easier and you can make faster content with~ I always love how you come up with combos like this. ^^ That being said, I feel like your explanation here is too fast for me to understand. (had to pause bit by bit) I think what's good in your combo in Sam's videos is... Sam kinda dumbed it down for the viewer, so it's easier to digest (at least for me) lol. Sam interrupting and questioning at every step of the combo is actually helping me understand what's happening XD Tho I'm just a casual yugioh enjoyer. The more hardcore audience may feel different and prefer fast pace and to the point combos. Keep doing what you love doing, always looking forward to more of your big brain strat n combos~
Long as i can visualize the card plays, and you explain it that will be enough. Imho being on a simulator is better because i can read the cards on the side if i heed/want to w/o looking it up.
Hi Jesse, you're my inspiration in playing Yu-Gi-Oh, just found the channel through the algorythm and I'm rooting for you to reach more and more subscribers!💯
Hi Jesse I am trying to build a competitive deck so i bought 3 albaz strike structure deck But still is very weak which cards should i add to make it more competitive
Digital is fine jesse, keep killing it ! Do a video of trying to make cyclamen the rikka fairy work in the deck, I feel like it’s either a terrible card or it’s just unsolved.
I like seeing both with real cards and online, using real cards makes it feel more authentic in my opinion. I suggest doing what's easier. Also killer video, keep it up king
personally my preference on watching would be with the cards, however I do like the consistency of videos with you doing online videos, maybe if we could get like 1 irl video a month, that would be amazing however I don't know how long the whole process from acquiring the cards to processing the video takes so even once in a blue moon would be awesome, it seems that alot of people prefer the online because it has the effects in screen, one way to solve this when creating an irl video would be to have a little pop up if the card and its effects so those of us who don't know what the card does can pause the video and read it but again that'll add time to the editing process especially if you have to get every single card effect on screen with sufficient time for people to read it yada yada, in conclusion I feel like the consistency is key which has been amazing to see lately, so anyway to keep that up is the way to go in my opinion :) please note anyone reading this, this is my opinion, you don't have to like it, it's just an opinion :) thank you
DB works great! If physical is something that you're considering and you still want to maintain your ability to make a video quickly, you could consider a handcam and some lighting.
I love the videos on teamsamurais channel with your combos. Easily the best videos he has imo. Real life cards makes so much better to watch. Also makes it cool when you flex the expensive ones life fortress whale and blue eyes shining. Looking forward to more
In person is only better if you also have an editor that sticks digital version of the card on the screen. Maybe as a future goal when you grow and have an editor.
Digital is the way to go, easier for you, faster for us. Thanks again for all the awesome videos lately!
Also easier to read for the most part.
I agree, the cards are more clear and the combo is more straightforward to understand.
Not true. NO ONE READS THE CARD EFFECTS ON DIGITAL! They just act without reading. Also, they're TOXIC.
digital is fine especially for something using brand new cards. i like to be able to pause and read the full effect when you scroll over them in the vid. maybe reserve using physical cards for more special or elaborate combos, especially ones with loops; i still think theyre cool to watch
Maybe only physical when it’s somehow relevant to the meta.
DB works fine and helps it easier to see the cards in terms of reading their effects.
Oh no, my man started with the crazy faces in the thumbnail😢
TeamSamuraiX1's influence
Dueling book works great tbh
yes definitely do more of these combo videos. I lowkey wanna see the wacky stuff you come up with
Finally, a Channel of yours.
My man is becoming teamsamurai

Jesse is the only Yugituber that really and throughly knows the game.
Didn't hear the name Joshua Schmidt yet I assume.
The glazing in this community is insane! Relax brotha pls
@@raiden_big_pog8127 I agree, Joshua is also a master
I think Joey Giorlando does as well but he's old-school... yeah though, one of the few
@@scythermantis Yacine is also great
holy, would really like to see a full list using this combo, really want to try this list out please
I'm fine with dueling book for combo vids and stuff. I like real cards for deep dives into decks but for a combo like this I think db is perfect
Dueling book is fine
I like seeing the real cards, but honestly I don’t mind the digital
Can we get a more strategy focused discussion on the new cards and your thoughts on them?
I like how there are generic rank 2’s and 7’s that can special summon any level 2 or winged beat from deck but elpy with a restriction using specific zones is too much
I like the hint of psychopathy in the thumbnail
You're combos are really great!!! Thanks a lot for doing this Game better.
Sick combo. Irl cards or DB is fine you explain well enough that it is enjoyable to watch either way.
How about a mix of both digital and real cards? I love seeing your rarities for cards anyways.
I prefer digital, because this way whenever you "point" to some card we get full info on it. Over all a lot more legible.
I would never thought that I would see Jesse out of all people starting with wild facial thumbnails
Dueling Book is actually preferred its also easier to recognize the cards there as a viewer I think
You madlad you did it again :D great video
no problems at all with DB 👍
Digital is probably easier to make use of so it's fine. You can use actual cards if you want to demonstrate shuffling methods specifically, or sorting methods like "declumping" some people utilize while searching through their deck for specific cards prior to completing a shuffle.

Perfectly fine with you using Dueling Book for these.
Dueling book is good

Nice videos. Keep 'em coming.
Jesse this is insane!!!! Let’s goooooooooooooooo!!!!!!
ygo pro or duel book combos are no issue. Appreciate the combos and knowledge!
I like the real cards but dueling book is just fine. Especially if it helps you take less time.
Probably better to make seals off brotaur and atum so if you get nibbed it triggers from getting tributed
Simulators are fine for combo showcases. The only time I really like physical cards are replays and sometimes decklists
Hey Jesse love the content!! Love to see a video on your take of the new Traptrix structure deck!
I would love it to see more combo videos. I‘m not in the meta but i want to go on tournaments, so you would help me with your knowlege!
duelingbook is great ! loved the video
great content Jesse. very interesting as always
Hi Jesse, you're my inspiration in playing Yu-Gi-Oh, just found the channel through the algorythm and I'm rooting for you to reach more and more subscribers!💯
i loved the crazy combos on sams channel but mainly because of the crazy combos
This videos are great i deeply enjoy seeing combos that no one else talks about
Next on Jesse's youtube channel: Self FTK.
DB works just fine!
Duelling book all the way! Please check your lighting - it detracts from the amazing content
Jesse you do know isolde alone does rhis combo too right, since you search field spell with dracoslayer suport
I like this , great content, you're one of my favorites
Hi Jesse
I am trying to build a competitive deck so i bought 3 albaz strike structure deck
But still is very weak which cards should i add to make it more competitive
Thanks my first reaction after seeing the the ryoukou retrain spell is it can be used for Ftk so I'm glad that it's already made😀
Sick combo Jesse 🤘🏼
Goodness gracious this combo is so good!!
Is there anyway to do this combo by giving up your normal summon for the adventure engine?
For deck profiles I prefer irl cards but for combo showcases like this db is perfect.
Cool idea, but like you said, this is still just for fun since there's a few garnets, like Red Resonator or Brotaur out of the 15 bricks.
Great video Jesse!
I cant wait for jesse kotton to use this FTK on another kid on stream one day
I always appreciate real cards when you demonstrate a combo like this. Plus we get to see some SWEET cardboard in the process!!
Thanks for the video Jesse and digital is perfectly fine.
Keep it as is dude, good stuff!
Db combos are so much more convenient. Just avoiding sleeve glare alone is enough for me.
Digital is fine jesse, keep killing it !
Do a video of trying to make cyclamen the rikka fairy work in the deck, I feel like it’s either a terrible card or it’s just unsolved.
Duelingbook is not only good enough, but better imo. It makes things easier to conceptualize in my brain.
That Rank 7 Raidraptor XYZ summoning the Blackwing going into wise strips is omega broken.
Can you test manadome out? I feel like this deck has some INSANE untapped potential
Digital all the way. Get the head set mic out the way
I like seeing both with real cards and online, using real cards makes it feel more authentic in my opinion. I suggest doing what's easier. Also killer video, keep it up king
Cool thing!
But why is this Combo infinity without Loop?
I do love those Combo videos in real life
Aren’t you locked from gigantic sprit so how can you fusion into the gate guardian fusion
Hey Jesse. I do really appreciate using real cards, but i have no problem with dueling book or anything of the sort.
If digital is easier then keep making the videos that way! Either way is appreciated/enjoyed!
is this music from that game kirby XD in the background
DB is fine for the most part: it makes reading effects possible without googling the card
Jesse Kotton - Yu-Gi-Oh Combo GOD!
Real cards would be nicer. I don’t mind either, but it’s always nice to see the actual cards
digital for videos like these, live for tournament deck profiles
personally my preference on watching would be with the cards, however I do like the consistency of videos with you doing online videos, maybe if we could get like 1 irl video a month, that would be amazing however I don't know how long the whole process from acquiring the cards to processing the video takes so even once in a blue moon would be awesome, it seems that alot of people prefer the online because it has the effects in screen, one way to solve this when creating an irl video would be to have a little pop up if the card and its effects so those of us who don't know what the card does can pause the video and read it but again that'll add time to the editing process especially if you have to get every single card effect on screen with sufficient time for people to read it yada yada,

DB works great!
If physical is something that you're considering and you still want to maintain your ability to make a video quickly, you could consider a handcam and some lighting.
I really appreciate the live cards
With rl cards is way more satisfactory to see, I already watched your 1 card combo videos a lot of times, but that's just my opinion
I love the videos on teamsamurais channel with your combos. Easily the best videos he has imo. Real life cards makes so much better to watch. Also makes it cool when you flex the expensive ones life fortress whale and blue eyes shining. Looking forward to more
Now we need time wizard support !
Nice vid also duelingbook is fine
Duelingbook’s fine 👍🏽
DB is great! Makes it easier to see and follow.
What about the deck profile?
Dueling book is fine keep it up awesome content
DuelingBook is preferred over cameras and physical cards
Digital works. People get right over physical cards rarities. This removes that extra element
why add zephy off the xyz and not just simorgh since we doing bricky combos might as well add all of the extenders
Dueling book is a fine format for this I think
Digital for sure. There's probably only 3 of us that will try to pull this off IRL
I really do prefer IRL combos tbh
In person is only better if you also have an editor that sticks digital version of the card on the screen. Maybe as a future goal when you grow and have an editor.
whats the decklist
Dueling book will always suffice , I prefer cards sometimes. But always have to have a profile!
If there was a man to FTK with Gate Guardian, it would be Jesse, lol
