I Appreciate that bro!!🙏🏽I was nervous about it, especially since no one commented about it haha. Thank you, that makes me feel good about it. Did a lot of drafts to get that product like that.
Awesome bro! Taking them steps to success!🙏🏽Mr. Robert is the best at that school in my opinion. A guy I was in class with lived in Atlanta, they're going to send you back home after you finish school to go to the dmv to get your license and tanker endorsement
I'm not going to lie bro, that parallel is hard, just try and go as many times as possible, if no one take their turn, you go again. But try and do EXACTLY what they say, it's going to feel unnatural but they just want you to pass.
But it's REALLY hard to fail. I've seen some people struggling bad and still passed. By the end, you'll have it down, trust me. And you have a lot of room to make some mistakes. Just take your time and don't rush
@@bigsmoothtruckin yeah bro i got everything else down from pre trip to my air break test, just need to get those backing maneuvers down on saturday and monday
The next Thursday and Friday after you finish with your trainer. So if you finish on a Wednesday, the next two days, but if you finish on a Thursday or Friday, it'll be the following week
Can you do a video on what felony or felonies KLLM will not hire? I have a evading with a vehicle, no other charges and a solid work history. Not 21 yet so their hiring department won’t give me any real info. Do you have any answers or could you ask a round?
Most definitely, I'll ask around and have the best answer for you when I have it. If I forget to respond or make a video on it, shoot me another message in about a week.🙏🏽
@@EverOnly No doubt man, I just want to help and motivate. Especially us younger generation, most people don't give us honest advice. I'm here to help.
Nope, when you work for your 2 weeks, you do your normal 34hr break in the two weeks. When you go home, you get 4 full non work days off paid for. So if you deliver a load 8am Monday and make it home that same Monday, you get the full Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off and start back work on Saturday
@@nbahighlights3700 unfortunately you can't technically save them, but you can stack them up to 14 days off. And it's paid $100 for each day, so even if you don't use them you will get paid for it. If you don't take the 14 days off after you get them, it resets and you get paid the $1,400 and start back over. So you can't lose the pay for it but you can lose the days off. But most people don't work 7 weeks straight so most people don't worry about that. So whether or not you use the days off, you will for sure get paid for them.
@@LocdinTruckin Right lol. They have classes every week with new people. The fastest way to get in is to already have a permit. But literally every week there is a new group of almost 10 people. Kllm is a big company
@@bigsmoothtruckin No... they want drivers to be safe. Parking on the shoulder is dangerous. Parking on the street is dangerous. When drivers don't trip plan properly, they end up like ole' boy.
Ohhhhh gotcha. I'm not sure why you mentioned that lol, but that's good. KLLM is the same way, actually. It's especially against policy to pack on the shoulder of the highway. If you get caught on the shoulder that's termination. Plus I'd never do it, I don't trust it, too dangerous. If you're referring to the THUMBNAIL of the video, that's me on hometime so I was parked in front of the house.
We also have women trainers so if you wanted your trainer to be a girl, you can have that arranged. But there is a possibility it'll take a little longer because there are more male trainers but the girls in my class had a woman trainer.
Yea same, now I have a restriction on my license so that sucks. And most trucks that are manual go for much cheaper so it's unfortunate but I'm not complaining
Bro why is your pay and mileage so low this week ? Your other videos on pay you had like 3000 miles for the week now you got 1000 less , why is that ? And ur pay was 1500+ now you varely made 1000 ?? I dont understand the inconsistency brotha
Bro, please listen to what I say in these videos. In the paycheck video, I worked full pay weeks, from the day pay start to the day pay goes in. In this video, I explained how I only worked one week, and I did not start the day pay went in so therefore I did not work a full pay week. Also I did a lot of stopping and did not run as hard. If I had started the day pay went in, or worked 2 weeks I would be able to grab more loads. Also there will be slower weeks. You get paid by the mile as a trucker so the miles change by the week and depends on how long you are out at a time.
On average I would say 2500. So about $1,600 before tax, maybe $1,200 after tax on the low end of things. I don't think I've ever made less than $1,200 after tax when I worked a full week. And remember, this is Weekly pay.
And I'm not trying to be rude, I just want to help you understand, but ask as many questions as possible. I made the channel to help people so as long as you're willing to learn, I'm willing to help
@bigsmoothtruckin brotha I been driving for a year , I know how things work , I'm asking the questions cause I have a few good offers and KLLM POPPED UP and it's crazy how this company's offer seems to be better then most of these other companies that are suppose to be better. I think what makes KLLM better is the time off . The fact they pay you for you time off is crazy good . Hard to pass that up. You can work for 4 weeks and then go on a 8 day vacation out the country and get paid for those days . Is crazy then come back work another 4 weeks then go another 8 day vacation. That's what making me want to accept their offer. I'm trying to go out the country to different places . Gives u something to look forward to while your working. Your with a good company cause out of all these good offers aint none offering that paid time off .

You would need to call a recruiter to see when you'd be able to start. Just Google KLLM near you and call that number

That just means when you finish training and get your own truck
