I would suggest that your electrical & cable be installed "underground" to eliminate the eye sore of power poles, etc. in the community. This would enhance the appearance & prevent possibility of power poles being blown over or knocked down by high winds/trees.
Yes we are looking into the cost of this. All infrastructure we put in will be underground and if not cost prohibitive we may also put the primary service underground also (but you’re talking about 800 feet of service and transformers that now we’d have to pay for that is already in place, and new)… So the juice may not be worth the squeeze to remove 2 power poles down the main road…
Haul it yourself. as a truck driver I know the laws on Hauling in all 50 States. you can Tow it yourself, no Permits required. you tow it like a Camper / RV.
Coming along nicely Hans. But I think over time you'll tire of all the upkeep and expense on these air bnbs, no matter the deposits you get for these, time is a precious commodity you can't get back.
Like any business, the key is systems. There’s great technology to automate a lot of the day to day things and if we can provide additional cleaning/restocking/repair work to the residents with those skills and inclinations on site, it’s a win-win-win!
I watched the video when Randy and Amanda come to look at the property. I'm so glad you showed us what your plans are. It is going to be beautiful there. I wish I could afford a tiny home but SS just isn't enough to cover it.😥 I'm so happy for you and ITH they are great people.

Suggest a more attractive sign made of stone & surrounded by flowers, shrubs, tree etc. again to enhance the community appearance. Maybe even a water fountain feature to beautify the community.
Great suggestion. That is already part of the plan. The sign will go to the right of gate where the spring also runs which we plan to incorporate into a fountain/pond/waterfall also, which will then run into the lake 👍👍
Unfortunately we don’t have lots big enough for a home that large. Have only a few lots that can accommodate 1 add-I-box add-on/attachment to main tiny home
