    Always good to see a demo of the detection range of a machine. My Fisher F2 surprised me by picking up a microscopic fragment of tin foil at 8" on the beach. The first thing I found with it was (still suspected to be genuine) 52 diamond/white sapphire gold bangle I 'teaspoon excavated' from under a 100yr old tree's roots. I'm in the UK so I reported my find to NCMD who were utterly disinterested, so I still have it. Well hidden : ) It shows what an inexpensive detector can achieve. The F2 is a $250 Low Freq gold finder.

    • @Klesh
      @Klesh  5 лет назад

      Nice find!

    • @goldbunny1973
      @goldbunny1973 5 лет назад

      @@Klesh I think it's genuine; the stones sparkle like fire, they're size matched & have inclusions (fake stones don't & are invariably "too perfect") They scratch lines into jamjar glass & ring positive on a diamond detector, but a local gemologist claimed them to be Not Genuine. Plastic/fake gems don't cut glass. That's a Mohr's Test FACT. Sapphires or Diamonds? I'll take either. I had to cover it up and return the next day to get it out from under roots : ) That's why I like your videos - you're showing it as it really IS, hard work. The funny thing was - that same week I spotted a tiny stone in the bag packing area of a supermarket. Picked it up thinking it's undoubtedly a fake...but according to the diamond tester it was tiny but genuine! - then as I walked around I came across 1....2........34567+ large plastic 'diamonds' spilled on the pavement. It was a wierd diamondy week that one for sure.

    did watch your special on the process and it was very informative but I really don’t have the equipment for it nor want to screw it up. The owner did tell me out of the specimens I could be able to pull about ten or more oz of silver and anywhere from 7 grams to one oz of gold. Would you like to do a show with it?

    I would have hauled butt over the wasps, I’m allergic to bee 🐝 stings, I swell up like a balloon lol but the doctors did show me something pretty cool , instead of taking a shot, take two to three Benadryl, after about ten minutes works like a charm but that’s just a couple or a single sting anymore than that I have to head to the E.R. lol

    That's what got me going on gold ages ago. Trout fishing and sat to put my tired feet in the stream and found a 14g nugget in what I later learned was a 'bedrock bug hole' with an inch of water running over it. Looked further into it and worked the area by hand for a summer. Later years met an Ol'timer and learned about filing a claim and then got one of them fangled truck tubes float on water dredges and spent 2 years finding a whole lot of nothing, barely 14-15 oz a season. Met the Ol'timer again by accident in the middle of nowhere and he said, "It dar for sure, your pans empty cuz you'all don't know what the fuck yur doin." He explained 3 things, after that, it was easy to find.

      They keep the good beer there and export that piss to us. Not to say I haven't tipped an oil can or two. The second one goes down easier. Can't recall the third.

      Umm, Fosters does not exist in Australia, only people my age and above remember it and it is with not much fondness. Watery lager style beer.

    Andy from Oregon area. Are ya selling any of the gold you find on the episodes. Like individual nuggests? Sold as a "brand" nugget like Klesh Nuggests or something. Think it would bring ya a few more bucks.

    • @Klesh
      @Klesh  4 года назад +1

      That's a cool idea. The answer is *possibly*. Check my website www.kleshkrums.com. I sell mostly gold paydirt there, but also my kleshguitars guitar picks, decals, shirts etc. I'm sure if I decide to sell nuggets, i can do it there as well.

      @@Klesh Yeah, lol, your nuggets have some star power now. Extra 10 bucks atleast per nugget. Even at .33 ,close up shots and certificate for authentication that you did get it on the pod.....money maker👇👍 Gauranteed.....125,000 people subscribed.....another 100,000 just watch you. And your names getting around on the river I've noticed. You and Pioneer Pauly. We all know yall. Conversations have come up.. lol

    Great video Shane would it be safe to say that the Gold Monster 1000 did a bit better than the Equinox 800 in this type of bedrock area or was it about the same? just being curious George.🐵🙈🙉🙊⛏

    • @Klesh
      @Klesh  5 лет назад +1

      I'd say the GM 1000 did better. That machine is specifically for this type of thing, however I was impressed with the equinox 800 and the 6" coil being able to detect a small flake like the GM 1000, just a little noisier. A lead BB made the 800 scream!
