I was never one to get on the anti-sugar bandwagon, but when I was having 15+ migraines a month and I quit added-sugar foods (for unrelated reasons), my migraines decreased to 3 or 4 a months and were much less strong. Also, my cholesterol decreased and my I was able to stop taking meds for my GERD. I still have a high carbohydrate, close to vegan diet. I am curious about how eating fruit affects our body (in the context of sugar). Thanks for the video 🙂
Thanks for explaining all this so well! I’m studying functional nutrition and I love how you present your content in a concise and logical way. On a personal note, I’ve been keto for a month or so and I’m loving it! Lots of energy and much better brain function I feel. Thanks again!
As a consumer of organic stevia powder sprinkled in coffee, and allulose in low carb baking, I am trying to cut back since I've heard that the tongue's taste receptors can be a factor in insulin resistance. Would love to know your thoughts on this.

Brain does better on ketones
