The Obi-Wan ANH lightsaber was my first lightsaber I wanted. Sir Alec Guinness was so iconic for me growing up in the 60's and having him in Star Wars was just fantastic. I have a ANH belt hanger. Sadly, I only have UW TPM and RotS copies.
I think my favourite lightsaber love the look of it and parts that went into it. I am luck enough to have this build too with vintage sink knob grenade and graflex clamp. I have as yet to come across the booster or balance pipe so have romans parts for these. I love the weathering on you builds the grime and dirt is what I love in Star Wars props.
Thank you! Wow that’s incredible that you have those parts! The Balance pipe and booster are quite tough to find and tend to be the priciest two pieces but I wish you the best in completing this awesome hilt!
I believe the ep 3 one with the black and brown neck was also seen in the clone wars (except animated of course, but I mean that coloration) as I remember having one that looked exactly like it but it was labled as being from the clone wars.

So for the MPP nail you want a 10D nail with a 5/16” head or roughly that size. 7-9mm head basically works
