Thank you for your video. Here is a good recipe I use for chia seed
2 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon chia seed
1/3 cup hemp seed
3/4 cup water
Punch salt
You can add sweetener to taste or not add at all
Cook in side top right away until thickens. This is very good

I am glad they are very easy to grow and harvest! For some reason I thought it would be difficult because they are so tiny!

I have found they need to be soaked in something for a few hours or even overnight before eating or it can suck the moisture from the stomach/gut.
I like mct/coconut oil!!

I'm just wondering if I take the chia seeds from my bag that I use I bought from the store for smoothies and things, it would grow into a full beautiful plant.
