I always thought my dad and I had nothing in common. Then one day I randomly sent him your Tesla video.
I was already obsessed with why files, and I just thought maybe my dad would be into it.
This channel has become the only thing we have in common. And it’s given us so much to talk about.

I think the major reason your compilations are doing well is because a lot of us may not have seen all of these, AND you also add to the episode with MORE entertaining skits. Honestly, this is genius and I'm so glad you're doing this. Hope your vacation's going well!
These have bombed compared to weekly vids. 3- 4 million usually he gets
last weeks took a week to hit 1 mil , his 40 k a month will be down this month ,google adsense still pays better than working when you arent working

Tbh. Your compilations are not even really old stuff. You added new skits which still took work. You took off a month and still made sure everyone was happy. You my sir have a really good work ethic and this channel is awesome.

I have a 91 year old dad, “cough” younger mom, and I am REQUIRED to go play episodes on their Apple TVs with them each week.
They LOVE THIS STUFF.
I drive them to doctor appointments & we listen to podcasts. They don’t know what they are, but they love getting to listen to the shows “on the road”.
Both are VERY healthy & have great minds (obviously). Hecklefish plushie is with my dog up there (they stole my dog - sorry, adopted). He won’t go to his bed without h’fish. This is the first toy he’s never torn up with a squeaker or voice box.
HE LOVES IT!

I love Art Bell, in 1997 I started worked at a well known hospital in Albuquerque where I worked in the basement. It was called the cage, it was a storage area that stored all medical records. I worked the evening shift where I would run the patients chart to the floor when they were admitted to the hospital. The cage had no reception for FM radio but it would pick up 770 KKOB am radio and to my pleasure I had endless nights of listening to Art Bell. The amazing stories that frightened me and delighted me, it was the one thing I always looked forward to. Godbless Art Bell for opening my eyes to a world I was so blind to see.
If you like AM get a Sangean PR-D4W radio. It`s extremely sensitive like the ones advertised on Art`s program...but I cannot type the name of those without being auto-deleted...because it`s an American product. Typical though. Made by the same company too, and I have both, and they`re very similar in reception.
Interestingly, I just posted about how I just started listening to old Art Bell again. I used to listen live too.
They got to him, and that is why he is no longer doing videos.

Things will get better soon, I went through a rough patch where I used to say "things can't get worse" they did, much much worse, so I started saying to myself hundreds of times a day "things are going to get better" that worked.

At the age of 4 or 5 is when I started asking questions about the Bible and what not but no one could answer my questions to my satisfaction. Today, I'm an avid Seeker of the True Truth pertaining to the universe and the creation of all life and remarkable histories. Many of us have heard the same cool stories and what I like MOST about the Why Files is this man puts in the necessary work to bring us the true Truth Versus us hanging on to b.s. . I would say to the people who don't want the truth stop listening at a certain point in his video...
I love the compilation episodes- they allow me to get a lot of things done while listening, take breaks away from device between different stories, and still not have to worry about finding something new interesting to listen to every half hour or so.

The added commentary about the history of building the whyfiles makes these compilations so much more interesting than if you had just slapped past episodes together into one. You always add value to every production and your work ethic is off the chart (like a true gen x-er) 😊. Thank you.
As an aside, as a fellow gen x-er, Ive grown tired and jaded after too many years of working hard and being taken for granted in the workplace. The fact that you are still bringin it is an inspiration. You make me think maybe I have a bit more energy left to give afterall.

One thing these compilations definitely do:
- They remind me that Hecklefish used to actually heckle, and a lot more often. Since Gurdy came along (or around that time, anyway) he hasn't seemed to interact as much, and his interactions seem more slapstick than heckle, usually.
Maybe the voice actor has less time these days or something, but I always liked the rapport between you two; there was a definite brotherhood there.
It's shown here in the 'in-between' clips. I didn't realise but I'd missed it.

Other than some of us liking the longer episodes, there's another benefit of compilations. Some of us haven't heard the stories, but sharing a compilation with someone who doesn't know your channel is a definite hook to reel in new subscribers. I've seen this 1st hand...lol

Don’t stress Aj having your episodes around 40 mins -1hour sits well with us as most tv series episodes are this long so it’s what we are used to and your stories are just like watching a tv series and just as riveting we love them keep it up please 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I am loving this compilation format, the lenghth is not a problem at all. Each original video was so packed with info that with time I forgot most of it, and now this compilations are a perfect excuse for a "revision" of those forgotten details... plus I love the new comments by AJ adding even more info to each one of them. You say we the viewers want longer shows. That’s so very true but you should take this a compliment and a very positive compliment at that.
Your shows are so intriguing and well researched that I feel an hour isn’t enough at times. Not too many channels can pull this off and yet WF! Seems they could do so easily AND gain viewers by doing it.
I believe I’m all caught up with each of your shows now and after each drop I’m eager for the next one.
Keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be golden all the way. I’ve turned many others on to your show and they are just as invested as I’ve become.

This show is incredible, the quality and follow through is just astounding. Been watching since episode 50 or so and never have commented, haven’t realized the growth of your platform until recently. It’s well deserved and appreciate the effort!!
time fly's when your having fun . 20 mins fly's so fast when you enjoy the entertainment . to we just need more .
it shows how good your doing . people are happy to sit down and relax for longer periods of time watching you diving deep into your investigations
logic .. most people don't have the brain or time or motivation to dive in research and investigate piecing it all together. Having someone who actually does this leg work allowing us to enjoy it in a very entertaining manor .. its satisfying.
take it as sign of the great work your doing over there , stay true to your self's and always follow fact .. unless at a cost to your life then just give a sign buddy , give a sign hahaha
