Wired connection for microphones will ALWAYS be better than a wireless connection. Even cheap 1 dollar mics sound good as long as they have a physical connection

The direct wired connection helps a bit, but primarily it’s the placement of the mic on the wired pair, directly below / in front of the mouth, that greatly helps the sounds go directly into the mic and not have to bounce around the room etc

@@atorrance that’s not true lol, it’s 90% because of the wired connection. Even when comparing Bluetooth gaming headsets vs wired gaming headsets the difference in audio quality is insanely big, with the mics being in the same place on both

in your video call configs , use the microphone from the webcam (on the desktop) or the laptop itself and just use the headphones as an output source. its much better than any headphones you will ever use over bluetooth.

People need to learn about soundcore. I'll compare them to all the expensive. Comfortable, noise cancelling, transparency. They are great on phone calls, recording and gaming. They are even comfortable in sleeping with them. The most expensive ones i think are 150. The ones i got and love is 75

To my ears, Bose and Sony have the best tonal balance, although Apple might be clearer in a phone call. The old wired earbuds sound muddy but okay if the background noise isn't too loud.

I’m still curious about how we haven’t had any wireless earpods/earphones that can save music/songs offline. So you won’t need to bring your phone anywhere just to stream songs. Imagine how convenient would that be. (p.s tell me if there’s any brands that actually makes earphones like that)
