Ever since I found this channel, I always make sure I have kimchi, gochujang, sesame oil, gochugaru, oyster sauce, mirin, corn syrup and green onions stocked. These ingredients are indeed game changers 🔥
@@annn8389 The last time I bought green onions was about 2 years ago. I just cut the tippy tip (the root end, of course) off, and stuck them in a big flower pot in front of my house. They sprang up again, and all I do now, is just cut the green part off, whenever I need fresh green onions. Free food is awesome! haha
Maplecook, great mind think alike! I do the same too. I also let a couple of green onions go to seed so I can use the seed to plant more green onions. Green onion and lettuce are quite pricey this time of year.

The fact that you always use the same small number of base ingredients is extremely helpful! I feel like I can cook without spending a fortune on one-off ingredients. Thanks!
This was dinner tonight. I used a half pound of course ground beef, a half cup of broccoli crowns and 2 miniature bok choy to top it off. It was amazingly delicious. Another score for you and Claire. My mouth was tingling from the sweet spices after and I cherish that. Thanks for the motivation. 😁

Made this with beef and left out the chili powder…..soooo delish. And the lettuce salad is a must with this dish!! Didn’t have fish sauce but I didn’t worry about it. It was still perfect.

I live in Sweden and here, Korean dishes are available in the bigger cities but they are not so famous. But ever since I tried my first Bibimbap I have been hooked with Koreas fantastic food culture. A while ago I found your RUclips page and started making your 15 minute dishes (which does not take 15 minutes for me, but still) and they are really good, AND easy. You guys are so great in front of the camera and mixes humor and knowledge perfectly. Your dishes has been appreciated by my whole family of 5, except maybe the 6 year old who does not really like when it´s spicy. I will make a version of this dish tonight - it looks fantastic! I went out and bought gochujang for the first time, simply because this recipe looked too good not to try. My 3 year old ate it so fast we had to ask her to slow down, for fear of choking. She asked for more. This is now being added to our rotation. Thank you! Such an easy and awesome recipe!

Just made this for dinner and it was EASY and DELICIOUS! Definitely will be included in our meal rotation from now on. The only ingredients I didn’t have were corn syrup (I substituted maple syrup) and cornstarch. First recipe I made from here and I am definitely encouraged to try more.

I'm sitting here digesting my Soon Dubu and I have to thank you both for helping me to eat healthier than I have before. 2 days of Dolsot Bibimbap and now Soon Dubu, tomorrow, hmm.... maybe Kung Pao shrimp ? Maybe Gochujang BBQ Beef rice bowl since I have a nice package of coarsely ground beef in the refrigerator... yup, that's it. No more hamburger helper here, no more hot dogs, I'm converting to Asian food. 😁

so good, that salad dressing is fantastic! I was a bit worried with so much sesame oil, but it came out perfect. I used it on green cabbage, because that's what I had - it doesn't matter ;-)

Dude, this was so freaking good. I used honey instead of corn syrup, but I did your recommended sprinkle of MSG and holy cow, was it good.
