So I made the gochujong stir fried noodles last night. SO GOOD! My husband is southeast asian and 1. He said I would make Mikey Chen proud and 2. He went back for seconds and later thirds so I know it was good! I will be making this again. Thank you for your recipes. Since I cook a lot, I always have the ingredients on hand and the recipes are so easy!

The fermented, spicy flavor takes everything to the next level. Added to pots of dried beans, soups, sauteed meats and vegetables - even Indian butter chicken. Soooo good!!! I add 1 tsp to my eggs, it elevates a simple scrambled egg to supremacy
I add 1 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of onion/garlic if you like (I mince my onion and freeze it in a ziplock bag on a flat sheet, it breaks so easily, so when it's available I use it) saute to a golden brown then add 1 tsp of Gochujang and mix it with the onion and also to help it heat up a bit then add the eggs, scramble and grate some Parmigiano Reggiano (trust me!!) and done!

I just watched this video this morning. And I tried the chicken recipe, and it was soooooo good. I also used it on fried tofu. It was also amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

I've made the udon noodles a few times now. Tonight I used sliced pork instead of ground. I added blanched broccoli and corn, with a fried egg for Claire on top. Pleasantly surprised how the sweet pop pf the corn complements the dish!

add some gochujang into some tomato sauce for pasta. a couple spoonfuls into a beef stew or texas chili adds some nice depth of flavor too. you dont have to limit gochujang to just korean or asian food.
