The fermented, spicy flavor takes everything to the next level. Added to pots of dried beans, soups, sauteed meats and vegetables - even Indian butter chicken. Soooo good!!! Yes, I am that person with the tub of Gochujang in the back of the refrigerator! Got it because my college age son developed a love for Korean food from watching some show?? I tried to cook with it one time, but not successful. I will attempt using it again with some of your recipes. You’re the cutest couple! You both make me smile!
I used to have a problem with using up all my gochujang before it expired but after subscribing to your channel, I now have a problem where I can't buy enough of it, I'm always running out! I love watching your videos--you both are so much fun. Thanks Aaron and Claire! 😍
I have Aaron’s cookbook and love it so much. I just ordered udon noodles and can’t wait to make his noodle recipe. My pantry is also busting at the seam with all my ingredients. Arron and Claire have a permanent place in my heart. Everything I’ve made so far has far exceeded my expectations😧😘🥰❤️🌹
Thank you, you saved both my gochujang and big bag of korean chili flakes! Basically, soya sauce + oyster sauce + gochujang + chili flakes + sugar/mirin.
I’ve been using it to flavour pork mince patties, good snacking!! Edit: I’m a uni student, gochujung is a great way to add tons of flavour for cheap, it goes in almost everything I cook😂
I have ramen for lunch most days (the new Korean and Japanese ramens are awesome), but I always add onion, garlic, Gochujang and peas, corn & carrots. Yum.
I made the Fried Rice with ground pork today. It took no time at all, and is so good. I kept saying "holy crap" as I was eating it. I love your videos!

We hunted up gochujang sauce (no paste was available) and liked it so much we used it in everything from fried noodles to BBQ - it sadly didn't last more than a month or so, since the sauce is thinner than the paste. So good!
