I’ve done this before but I removed the air box and the coolant reservoir. This time I’m trying your technique and tilting the battery to remove and install it.
With my battery I had to remove the bracket that the brace bolts to and moved it to the left (if your facing the front of the Tahoe) and twist it to the right and lift it out that way.
This was the best "how-to" on the whole process. Was able to replace my battery in a few minutes. Thanks for sharing.
